I needed an electric furnace option and this website allowed for that. The shipping was reasonability fast considering I'm at the most southern tip of Texas. I liked that everything was bundled on the same pallet with enough cardboard padding.

Saved me $5000 to $11,000 on my changeout vs. letting the dealers buy the equipment. I did; however, manage to order an AC-only condenser from their heat pump category. My mistake for not noticing an 'X' in place of a 'Z' in the model number. Cost me another week without AC and $230 to return it. Be careful of the model numbers!
