Had to do some research to be able to ask the right questions, once I was able to figure out the basics of what I wanted George was very helpful helping me fine tune my order. When I received my order I didn't take the components out of the box because the boxes looked good, big mistake! The A-coil I received was damaged badly. I didn't read the instructions thoroughly, you need to completely unpackage the components for inspection, don't go on what the box looks like, refuse shipment. That being said HVAC direct jumped into action and I had another A-coil in a couple of days, great service, Jeff, Dan, and Kaitlyn. Thank you, John Bennett

Unit showed up on schedule, everything intact and undamaged. Installation was straight forward and unit performs very well and is very quiet. However I was unable to get in touch with the seller to ask a few questions before placing the order.
I called a lot of other mini split sellers and all of them wanted to upscale me then berate how I was going to install it myself and after all that when I asked if they could do any pricing for a veteran they said "customer service" for life! I'm like what?... I called and talked to Dan at HVAC direct and he was direct and helpful that's actual customer service, thanks you guys.
