Good and easy so far.

It was easy, but my neighbor who is a builder did most of the research for me.

The site was very easy to navigate and very helpful with the items you may need for your installation.

Called the 800 #, Kurt was a big help.

Very happy! Price was good, order shipped and arrived quick. They even send a picture of your actual shipment before it's loaded on the truck when they send the tracking/delivery notice.

I need to registed these parts once installed... That will happen at the end of September.

If this works out,I will be back for more orders.

Checkout was a little confusing when using pay pal it doesn't automatically redirect you to the pay pal site.and I thought shipping was a little high but stell a better price for what I needed

Helpful and fast

I had a question between 2 furnaces, and Ben helped me answer it even though it was past 10pm

It was easy and the support staff had a clue. That was the selling point. The person was knowledgeable and knew the system.

Wonderful and simple and live chat assistant was very helpful.
