Our item we ordered was easy to find. It gave lots of details and am satisfied we've made a good purchase. My only problem was I paid $35 for a lift truck delivery and didn't receive it. Other than that I was completely satisfied.

Maybe I am blind but I never saw anywhere on the site showing a $150 shipping charge until after I hit submit the money came out of my account. If I had known sooner the high cost, I would have driven down and picked up the box myself.

Website is a little flakey. Had to checkout severaltimes. And the website crashed 3 times. Also website doesn't work on google chrome well either.

The delivery time was great but i purchased the extra lift gate service and anded up helping the driver hand unload everything if my wife was the one that was home at the time instead of me I'm not sure the driver would have been able to unload it himself. Basically i wasted the money that i spent for the service i could have had it shipped another way and saved the 40 bucks or whatever it was
