I purchased a MRCOOL 18k btu diy mini split a/c from Hvacdirect and it did not work. I called and spoke to customer service, it was Saturday and she told me to send pictures of the problem and that first thing Monday morning they would call me back and take care of it. Well it's Thursday and still have not heard from anyone.

I hope its works as good as advertised

Very easy to find everything needed for the project.
Was not pleased with the shipping. Order was placed on the wrong truck which delayed my project by 4 days. Delivery time was later than agreed upon.

Didn't like the fact that you did not include the amount of taxes in the shopping cart!
