Second A/C Heater system i have ordered through HVAC Direct. Good service with the first experience, so using again to replace the system on our second house. With a little know-how you can save your self $100's if not $1,000's. Thank you!
Didn't realize the shipping will be delayed with the shipping and billing address being different. I called last week to check on shipping time and this was not mentioned.

Experience was great. I have back issues did not tell driver about it just asked driver if he could please pull his truck to garage and unload heat pump. Driver looked at driveway and said sure he sat pallet in garage. Everything came new in factory sealed boxes wrapped with shrink wrap no dings or scratches. Would I buy or recommend hvacdirect.com yes I would for both. Also, I received my unit in 4 days very fast I even called back the next day and added to my order all came as promised.
