Fair, your on line statements need a little bit of work. When a customer orders 2 things it needs to be itemized on the bill with a seperate price attached. Don't combine the prices as one

Called and salespersons were polite and very helpful. Haven't received the units yet so have to reserve the comments concerning the Goodman product.
Received everything ordered in good shape. Small dent in air handler but no effect on fit or operation. Missing one small plastic connector but was able to cut a plastic tube not being used to replace. Overall very satisfied. Instructions for the layman were vague and left a lot of questions. Was able to find most answers on youtube.

I was pleased with the quick delivery of the furnace that was ordered. However, the unit operated perfect for only one day. The unit is no longer working and I am waiting for service to repair the equipment.
Selection process was time consuming.
XOP would not drive on the property. Driveway is 800 ft long this was unacceptable. As I need to get a truck to off load equipment to deliver to site
