The issues that i had with the delivery, the pallet did not support the weight of the stove so on delivery it was broken and made moving it from the end of my driveway to the house very difficult.
Excellent service the only downfall might be having to deal with the extra length of the piping due to it being a DIY unit

Awesome shopping experience from size calculation to selection financing and free shipping! There was a small issue with delivery that was corrected by carriers and item arrived as scheduled. The only thing is the website doesn't include information or product ordering info for specific sensors for 92% or < furnaces when you choose to add the Aprilaire whole house cleaner, nor any info regarding needing that model 51 sensor. The model 51 sensor is not included in the furnace wiring. We ended up ordering it from Amazon.
It was simple to navigate and choose the correct furnace. After I received my order I spent the next day planning the install. On the day of install it went more smoothly than I expected. The hardest part (at least for me) was plumbing the gas supply (black pipe) to the unit. After all connections were completed, I powered it up, adjusted the thermostat, and about 20 to 30 seconds later my new furnace fired up. Thanks HVACDIRECT!
