The purchasing process was simple, but I had a small fiasco after getting an email saying my purchase was incomplete after being billed. Then I had a huge fiasco with the shipping company that was used. They couldn't deliver when promised, argued that it had been delivered, then figured out after a full day and 3 phone calls that they still had it. However my purchase is in good working order.

Seems great so far and check out seems to be great. I ordered on Friday and equipment showed up the following Wednesday. I installed the furnace and coil over thanksgiving and am extremely pleased with the furnace.
