Great and easy for purchasing but shipping is another story because had to send the furnace back due to damage

Nice and clean web site, but so many options are presented for the same spec (e.g. 96% - 2ton - 15seer) that it is confusing.

Efficiency and SEERS are lower than advertised.

Please tell Kaitlin that I would have bought the wrong furnace had it not been for her. I had the 80k in the cart and I decided to go live chat. She told me that my house needed a 100k BTU. Well I just bought it! Thanks for excellent customer service like her.

Wished as loaded cart would stay on same page instead of having to go back to accessories over and over.

The purchasing process was simple, but I had a small fiasco after getting an email saying my purchase was incomplete after being billed. Then I had a huge fiasco with the shipping company that was used. They couldn't deliver when promised, argued that it had been delivered, then figured out after a full day and 3 phone calls that they still had it. However my purchase is in good working order.
