It was easy to use. However, there were some accessories with the units that my installer noticed were not included: breakers on the furnace unit and a connector to the wiring.

The coil I received had a lot of bent fins on it.

Terrible customer service. Spent 1800 on this unit and because it was packaged incorrectly it caved in. My only guess is that someone tightened the straps down over the top way too tight which bent in the A-coil corners pulling it down and caving in the condenser. They said when I called them "No worries well get you all taken care of. " their way of taking care of me is offering me 150 dollars. At first they tried to skate away by offering me 75 dollars. After I said no they offered me 150. I dont want your money I want an undamaged product. I just hope this post keeps someone else from making the same mistakes I did and trusting this shady organization

Check out through PayPal was sluggish. $20 dollars for shipping on a package that weighs less than a pound! I have a RMA (LPM-07) return, won't cost $20 to return it. For that price, I should get it over night! Took 3 days. Returned a lp conversation kit (LMP-07) cost $5 and some change, got there in 3 days also for just a out same package.

Only problem is that the freight company couldn't deliver on the day they promised so I had to pick it up myself and I practically spent an extra $35 on the lift gate that I didn't get to use because they didn't get to deliver to my house.
