Very good quick and easy. I had ordered the wrong item a/c instead of heat pump. Because I had added add on heat package Jeff Littlejohn called me within 20 min. And asked if I had intended to order the heat pump He saved me a huge headache so thank you Jeff. Heat pump arrived within five days delivery gentleman was spot on. FYI Goodman however dose not honor 10 year warranty if heat pumps or a/c units are purchased on line, unless professionally installed by a licensed dealer per the owner manual provided with the unit

Great. So far. The weather has been bad since my delivery yesterday so I have yet to unbox; however, everything looks intact. The boxes were delivered in good shape and on time.

The site is so easy to use. The prices are great too! We were getting quotes for just a new AC and they were $1500 more than the entire new system we purchased!
