Has been easy until now.
When the driver came he was coarteus but he was in a hurry didn't gave me time to inspect the package. Told me to call the freight company with any claim.
Gladly everything is ok.

Damaged product and customer service was rude and then questioned whether I purchased the items from them after giving them the order number, luckily the installer was able to get installed without issues. Purchase was quick and easy but getting a reply back is difficult especially if you have an issue which ended up not being an issue thanks to my installer
