Only problem is that the freight company couldn't deliver on the day they promised so I had to pick it up myself and I practically spent an extra $35 on the lift gate that I didn't get to use because they didn't get to deliver to my house.
Called my local supply house for a quote, as I have my EPA Card and all my schooling. They still have not gotten back to me. It's been three hours. Time to move on!
Easy to pick out which unit to purchase, delivery came quickly, dropped right at my house.

Everything was really well packaged. The furnace is installed and working well. Heat pump is being installed.
I tried to place order with HVACDIRECT. COM They made 3 different EMAILS Invoices and and 3 Mistakes. HVACDIRECT will not take Responsibility for their Mistakes. I talk to owner / CEO. He would not take Responsibility for thier 3 Mistakes and EVERY time they CHANGED it the cost went up for me. The owner say NO HARM NO FOUL! Yeah you stick with model. HVACDIRECT. COM Reviews are FAKE., Their Facebook page has no NEGATIVE COMMENTS, BECAUSE they deleted them. Wont answers EMAILS. Do not buy from them...

Would have given 5 stars but had to start check out over as the shipping address was lost.
Quick easy ordering only problem reply went to spam folder
Only one half of the order arrived on the scheduled day (Thursday). The other half arrived the following Monday. This was very disruptive to my installation schedule.
I called the distributor company (Goodman), they hung up when I called them to find out what happened the other half of the AC unit, and they never returned my call when I left a message.
