Great Customer service!

Easy to use system. After I installed the system I had an hvac professional make the connections and test the system. Then it was only a matter of turning it on and it worked perfectly.

During that process the only think noted by the hvac professional was that there was oil in the compressor on the suction side. It was a concern to him. Other than that I will be ordering more units from hvac direct in the future.

So far the shopping has been uneventful and that's a good thing. Everything looks great and well made, all the parts are here and I am all ready to install my MrCool mini split but I won't be able to start until next week and if all goes well I'll gladly write more when I'm finished.
