I had a little trouble with shipping address and billing address when online ordering, maybe I made a mistake? But like a hour later I checked order confirmation and my order already shipped, I couldn't believe it. I called to change ship address, no problem. It arrived two day's later and I couldn't believe it, a very nice, well protected package on pallet, Ohio to Mpls. I did inspect, however I should have looked closer. Once I removed the cardboard from the condenser, which had no visible signs of damage or contact, I could see that the condenser had been damaged. I'm positive that this was not a result of shipping. The lower side had pushed in and luvers made contact with fins. It's probably okay but disappointed with that. Very happy experience overall
