A Goodman 16 SEER heatpump we had purchased less than a year ago began leaking freon. My installer traced it to the evap coil.

Goodman told me to pound sand (will NEVER buy another Goodman) regarding labor reimbursement.

The guys at HVAC direct bent over backwards to assist, and even sent a 25lb canister of T-410.

The replacement parts arrived quickly, and their tech, Chris, kept me updated all along the way, and spoke to my installer.

I paid THOUSANDS less than local companies and most tried to scare me by saying the unit wouldnt be wareantable, which is baloney.

These guys deliver outstanding customer service!

I needed 2 pipe port adaptors that were not included. I even noticed the difference in sizes from the condenser to the line set and asked the salesman and he said I wouldnt need it. On my 3 head unit, the two smaller line sets for the smaller heads matched the size on the condenser. The large line set did not match the condenser size. The adapters are almost 50 bucks each which seems like alot. I also have to have schedule the hvac guy back out here again for more money.
