Everything was perfect with the exception that the unit was dented. Shipping packaging was undamaged and I unboxed and unwrapped all the way to the box of the unit itself which showed no damage. I signed for it, then when I unpackaged it to install there's a big dent. It doesn't affect the operation of the unit and since it's in a closet it'll never be seen but it's just annoying
