Dan was able to answer all my questions.Everything arrived 4 days after ordering on a large pallet, undamaged. I am very happy with my whole experience with this company. I was very nervous about ordering this, as I've never purchased anything like this on my own. My Hvac tech. Met me at my house when trucking company arrived with order and checked my order out. Everything looked good, is now installed, and seems to be working great. I would not hesitate to order again from HVAC Direct.com.
The person who helped me shop for the mini split did great. Found the perfect solution to meet our needs. Thank you! However, he missed one important piece the install crew asked for - the mounting bracket.
