The site says ships within 2-3 days... it is 2 weeks later and it still has not shipped. No updates, no communication at all. When I call in, they never give a straight answer. We are HOT in more than one way.

Very Helpful I installed the furnace myself, having to keep two a coils about it. The Goodman furnace was very well made and quite compact. I absolutely love the low speed fan option as I am using geo thermal cooling and the fan is quiet and perfectly balanced to give a nice steady flow of cool air into the whole house. I could not have found a more perfect furnace for my unique application. I am looking forward to using the low speed fan to blow warm air from another coil from my outdoor wood stove. I am very happy with my purchase and want to thank each of the sales people and customer service folks I spoke with. God Bless your company. Rod Douglas
