Purchased over $8,000 of equipment from them. They sold me the wrong stuff, did not return my calls and then told me it was my fault that I have a condensate leak because they sold me the wrong drain, they did not have the correct one and it was my fault.

So far, so good. Item not installed yet.

Customer service was friendly and knowledgable.

Ordered on May 8th, they shipped out the lines sets, but still no unit.
Zero communication that there was a drop-ship situation from Daikin until the line sets arrived along with the packing list saying dropship. May 26th still no unit nor shipping info.

Your website is better than most I have visited. The checkout process was smooth.
The packing/shipping was a perfectly new pallet strapped on top of an old broken pallet, which made it unstable and it wanted to fall to one side. The units were unharmed, it was just a really bad shipping method.

The website is very detailed and easy to navigate. I like that all the accessories are listed for each item separately when you buy a bundle which makes it a lot less confusing. The price is reasonable.
