Great Prices, Great People at HVAC DIRECT! I previously ordered a Goodman AWUF ******* 3 ton air handler. It was delivered a day earlier than expected and in perfect condition!
Everything went great for shopping and purchase, Was a bit confusing as I received no correspondence after purchase and card was not charged so had to contact cust service to make sure all was in order. Received order and pleased with products

I previously purchased from HVACDirect and everything was perfect from start to finish. I replaced my furnace two years ago and now I'm replacing my AC condensing unit and coil. The huge issue I have with the company now is that the packing list that showed up on Saturday with everything said the unit was a 16 SEER unit. I checked for damage and didn't see any (still haven't). But I later noticed that it's actually a 14 SEER unit which I would not have purchased. I paid for a 16 SEER and on top of that I don't get the $250 rebate from my local utility. Hopefully HVACDirect can remedy this and I can update my comment.
