Fast and easy website. You were on time but FedEx was 3 days late.

I looked for and received information I needed to make the decision on which mini-split to purchase for my specific needs.
I contacted HVAC direct with a question on the Perfect Aire unit, I was directed to call the supplier directly, the call goes to a hold then disconnects after several minutes. I have tried 3 times, gave up. Manufacturer not responsive.
