QUIck AND EASY waiting on wall mount and cover. Salesman did not say that it was sold with the unit.
The best way to shop for hvac systems. I don't even go to my local suppliers. I have shopped them all and HVAC direct has the same pricing or LOWER (with shipping it ends up the same). But no hassle and right to my door.
Very easy and convenient.
Products are well constructed, heavy duty materials, and should last a very long time.

The fans we purchaed came on time, the speed control switches came a week later. This was disappointing, now I need to pay the electrician to go back and install them. It cost me money and time. Had i known this would have happened i could have pruchased them local

Site is easy to use. Found the needed parts without too much trouble. Parts arrived faster than expected.
So far ordering has been easy. Some of the products that i ordered were out of stock due to plant closures from covid19. Customer service promptly called me and was able to complete my order with no delay and even upgraded a couple pieces to meet the specifications of my original order. "Great customer service!"

Ordered the air conditioner without a hitch however, I was called and told my air conditioner would arrive at 3-6 pm later that day. I waited around until 7 with an old unit ripped out and the customer waiting for an air conditioner that never showed up. After talking to a couple different people I was told it would show up the next day from 3-6 pm again as it showed up at 2 and I had to scramble to get there in time and unload the truck. The equipment itself showed up in good condition and is running fine to this day. Product is good service was not.
