The mere fact I know their staff by name means a lot and speaks tons regarding service. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested In a Mini Split HVAC!

Website is very easy to follow, seems to show and explain everything needed.

Communication was poor. I didn't receive email Confirming purchase. Wasn't notified that delivery would not be made on the promised day. I waited until 5 pm. In each case, I initiated contact.
