Typed in the search for my part and it came right up very easy to find.
I ordered a drain line and the cost 12 dollars. The shipping Wes 22.00 and I was told I had every thing to put unit in.
I was going to go with me.cool but your all's customer service over the phone has been great, everyone picks up the phone very fast and lots of help. The product is great and had fun installing it myself.

Several days passed between my order being placed and my order being fulfilled. I was called by company rep and informed that part of my order was not available as presented on the website. I was offered a substitute but had no opportunity to research it myself. I had to trust that the company wasn't taking an advantage but I'm still not sure.
