Everything was received to install the unit and worked out great so far!
So far so good, system is in the installation phase. We'll see. It's a good looking system, hopefully it preforms as good as it looks.
From start to finish the sales person had answers to all my questions. Knew exactly what I needed, and was able to get my order placed, shipped, and to me within a week.
Driver was very kind. My experience with the company is that I never received an email of confirmation that the item purchased was on its was or even an estimate on a delivery date. I had to call and ask.
The items came very well packaged and on time. Installation was a dream for the furnace. Too cold for AC installation. Would recommend to anyone.

We purchased an AC unit from HVACdirect.com and once I paid someone to install it, it turned out the unit was not working. They told me to call the installers back to diagnose the problem. After hours of diagnosing, it turned out we received a bad unit that had an obstruction in the coils and was causing the coils to freeze and flood our house. They sent us a new unit to replace the bad one, I asked their engineer who will pay for all the service charges I had, he said let's get the unit working and then we'll talk about it. I had to have the service people come back remove the defective one and install the replacement, this cost a lot of money. All the service fees that I paid because of receiving a bad unit were $1850 which this company refuses to reimburse. Had I received a good unit from them in the first place, I would never had to pay this. I highly recommend using someone more credible. HVACDirect has been lying and making up excuses. I left many messages with their manager Jessica who has not called me back. They are simply ghosting me and hoping I'd go away. Have to go to the small claims court next.
This unit was easy to install and runs so quiet. I had another (less expensive) brand that didn't last 2 years before the fan motor went bad. It was a very difficult process to replace the motor and the replacement part was bad. That's when I researched the procedure to change a fan motor on other brands and learned that Mitsubishi models have a much easier repair process. Mitsubishi is more expensive but well worth the investment for performance. The fact that their warranty is longer than others should tell you everything.
I Ordered an instock product from them, they never delivered and then they said it got lost, I waited several months, I gave up and demanded my refund of $9K. I would never buy from them again. They never apologized. They lost a big customer.
Ordered and received the above with no issues. The CSR was helpful in guiding me to the best choice for my application. The shipment arrived with no issues on R+L Carriers (they even had a lift gate). Installation went as planned after reading the installation instructions. Everything needed to install the unit was included in the box. So far the Perfect Aire is working better than imagined, very pleased with our purchase. Highly recommend HVAC direct!
These crooks will gladly take your money and send you junk. They do not warranty anything damaged during shipping nor will they honor any manufacturer warranties
I've ordered at least on four separate occasions from HVAC direct They constantly hold up the orders trying to sell me additional equipment that I do not need. I've been doing this for over 20 years and have a full understanding of the components that I need to install a system. Orders are late and service is not helpful. Will be taking my business somewhere else.
Although the items were delivered in perfect condition but my problem is that after placing the order NO ONE ever sent an email with tracking for shipping which according to the initial order was supposed to have happened. Someone dropped the ball!
I purchased a Clean Comfort 22" x 32" - Perfect Platform AHU/Furnace Upflow Base. I confirmed with the chatbot that it was in stock. Most other suppliers and local supply houses were on the manufacturer's backorder. HVACDirect had it in stock and shipped quickly. Unfortunately, the item was shipped to the billing address. Apparently, it was delivered so quickly, that it didn't generate a shipment notification. I worked with Carolyn in customer support who helped me find where the item was and assisted with a price match. Very helpful once we figured out where the item was located - product availability and service 5 stars. Shipping 3 stars - very fast, but lacked accuracy; I had to drive over 100 miles to get the item to the jobsite.

The good: Loved the direct pricing model and sure I saved much over buying through a contractor. Free shipping on such a large order was a plus and the equipment arrived pretty quickly for having to come through a specialty shipper (as very large items do).
The bad: Condenser unit arrived with a small dent, aesthetic only, no functional impact, and the wrong pin connector, but the HVACDirect technical team and customer service team made it right.
The customer should keep in mind, sometimes, the issues occur at the factory, like my situation, where the unit arrived boxed. I assume the damage occurred prior to HVACDIRECT's handling, but regardless, it made things right so I am pleased. Communication wasn't always as prompt as I would prefer, but it never said "no, we won't stand behind the product we sell or help you feel satisfied." And to me, that made the difference. Thus, I would shop here again.
I do like my system. My disappointment came when I had a question and they wouldn't give me the time of day because I'm not a licensed contractor. They will sell a homeowner an entire system but won't answer a single question? I would never buy another thing from Hvav Direct. Want some advice if you bought an entire system? Buy an acetylene torch and get on YouTube. :)
The unit took a little time to get here but it arrived double covered. There was some forklift damaged but not enough to cause a problem.
