Overall a good price but I noticed some defects on the coil and the condenser unit upon opening the box.
Not happy, first two were damaged. Unit sent back two days ago. Order is a month old and I have no A/C. Please make this right.
Great service with knowledgeable tech on the phone helped me narrow my choice for the proper unit. Received my fan and had it successfully installed by my professional electrician. Very happy with my product and it helps circulate air flow in my garage well.
Beware of this company. Their products are cheap knockoffs and usually arrive non-functioning. They have a troubleshooting team but they will eventually stop answering your calls and emails. I spend 5K now I have a broken HVAC unit. Avoid at all cost!
Ordered unit and waited a week before finding out the equipment I ordered was out of stock. Was told the equipment wasn't available for another two weeks. Finally received my product with no delivery schedule. Needless to say I'm unhappy with the customer service HVAC direct provided. I had to discount my customer $500 for the delay and hvac direct gave me a $100 credit.
The unit works very well and was very cost affective. Only issue I had is that they forgot to send me a piece, and then a drain they sent me for the unit was barely enough to drain one of the mini split heads. It was for some reason shorter than the line set and communication wires. They also don't tell you in the listing that you get a wall mount included for the unit, so I accidentally ordered another one, and then had to call in to have them credit it back. More clear descriptions of what comes in "each" package would be good.

It did take 30 days to receive the order but shipping was FREE!, so a small wait for a full load coming my way is understandable. I will order from them again.

I received my system and installed it and had a leak, I had to have an HVAC company service the system at a cost of several hundred dollars. I reported this to your customer service and they reimbursed my credit card for the full bill of the service call. I would recommend this company to others. Thank you

This is the second time I've ordered from HVAC Direct and both times have been great. I've always received everything in good order and much quicker then the website says it will be shipped. Great company to deal with.

Furnace to coil transition does not match together because of the flue pipe spout is 1 inch off. I still have to drill a new flue hole in the new furnace and route the pipe to clear the A/C coil transition. The condenser was missing the connection point for thermostat wires and had to be ordered from Amazon. Goodman quality was not as great as I had researched. Just having the flue pipes on the furnace completely interfere with coil yet they are both sized correctly and both are the same brand name Goodman really made me sad how this was designed and it don't fit. Overall I will get it to work but I won't consider Goodman brand name anymore here on out.
Order was placed smoothly from the website. I was very pleasantly surprised with how quickly the order arrived (within about 3 days) and the quality of the insert I receieved. It has already been installed and looks beautiful! I would definitely recommend and purchase any future products with this company.
Working with customer support for a replacement. I've had a HVAC tech out 3 times trying to get it fixed. Was informed labor wasn't covered. Should find out today in the replacement unit and will go to bat to get my service fees reimbursed as the unit has never blown cold air.
