FRAUD

I paid TWICE, in two different ways to have commerical free service. Yet, there still are MANY commercials interrupting my service. When asked, they only state "there are only "limited " commercials. WRONG. There needs to be ZERO if I am paying for ZERO!

Horrible

Service constantly cuts off. Other services don't. Shows and sports go dark and pop back on minutes later. My internet test well and all other streaming services work fine. My guess is Hulu is over selling capacity. Will be cancelling as I'm not getting what is promised..

Hulu live tv horrible

First of all every show it cuts off the last few minutes always the last word that sometimes can be very interesting and closure.

Secondly, they discourage watching without WiFi by every few minutes it needs to be reloaded and you ultimately miss 1/4 of the show from all the reloads. But on the craftmatic beds or some paid programming magically it never cuts off.

Third I cancelled cable because the bill was always changing magically and suddenly it was $1 here and $1 dollar there and low and behold the same thing started happening with Hulu so yeah I canceled

There are much better services out there that aren't doing sneaky things to their customers

Hulu sucks, always has

They stuck, I have had to restart at least 11 times today. Streaming... they NEVER change. I am goi g elsewhere. I have Netflix, but I like watching current TV shows. Hate hulu.

Sucks

I was watching a college football game and my hulu went off. The error message said I was no longer at home and needed to reregister my TV. Tried repeatedly but no luck. I contacted Hulu (which should be named Hulu-sucks) They told me I was watching on a mobile device. No I explained, I am at home watching my television. They insisted I was not but on a mobile device. I explained again that I was watching a game when this happened, nothing had changed. I was on my home wifi. They insisted I was on a mobile device. $45 a month to get booted out in the MIDDLE OF A GAME! I think this was done on purpose to try and get me to upgrade. Hulu sucks.

This website freezes and crashes non stop. It takes at least an hour to stream a 35 minute show. Based on other reviews I'd never even bother with a call to customer service. Just cancel the subscription.

The customer service the is worse. I wanted to add more to my subscription like cloud and other channels but it would not work. Tech support could not explain it and said I should get a refund. Customer service fought me tooth and nail on this and even said I was one of haters for demanding a refund even though the tech support back me up saying it was not working and they could not resolve the issue. I asked why I am a hater she said because I live in Idaho. I told her I move here two years ago from LA because of my job and people here are very nice and diverse. She called me a liar and hung up.

If you have Apple products you better not touch your screen while you're watching. What a horrible platform for streamingFOR YEARS. Why can't they get it together?! Why? They don't seem to care. So many other problems as well, all "viewing" related. And that's the business. Viewing shows! What a waste.

I purchased the " live +no ads plan" and tried to watch the Hunger Games. Guess what?! Every 15 minutes there is an ad! Wtf? I don't care if it's some weird network. If I'm paying you for " no ads". It should be NO ADS! It's wasn't a live stream or a "premium network". These people are a joke. Consumers: it's us and them. They manipulate the system to make money. This world is coming down to us paying for the streaming. If you log on to hulu and pay for no add. You should get " NO ADS"!. Period. They control what you see so if they have ads on ANY network or live stream then they should sell it as "with ads".

Whats up with LG?

Been a member for a few years and never had a problem. Till last week. I guess my expensive LG tv isnt good enough. But my older tablet and phone. Work fine for this service. I dont understand how that is. Guess ill be searching for a better service cause im not buying a new TV just to run HULU! So disappointing.

Every show that I watch on Hulu either plays through for a few minutes and keeps restarting from the beginning or skips around randomly. I would recommend not using Hulu. It would be nice to relax and watch a show without getting frustrated from having to reset back to where I left off every 5 minutes. I will be cancelling my membership and finding something more entertaining than this piece of crap. I would recommend the same to others as well.

Just tried logging in to continue watching my favorite show only to find out that Hulu discontinued their services with LG. So what am I supposed to do... get a new TV? Well I will definetly be discontinuing my account with them. So upsetting.

WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!

This has to B the most annoying service for TV? Constantly throwing me back to commercials all the time. I try to fast forward and back again we go to more commercials? The same exact commercials I just ignored for 3 or 4 minutes I now have to sit through again. Makes no sense and very very annoying. Then there is the fact it saves all kinds of shows you never asked for. If you save a movie or show it eventually gets pushed off the list by hulu savings dozens of shows you don't watch. You watch a show one time and it saves every rerun of that show even after you tell it "New Release" ONLY! I'm done with their nonsense!

HULU false advertises when it says you can rewind or fast forward. Stay away from this service you will get pissed if your watching sports and want to rewind during commercials or fast forward after pausing it or recording it. Cancelled and went to youtubetv to fix the issue.

Hulu ruined themselves

At first Hulu used to be a great alternative to Netflix because they had shows you could watch on command that were not available elsewhere. But now they took off a lot of their shows because they are not broadcasted on live TV which is now THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN WATCH HULU IS IF ITS LIVE ON TV. Its like already having a network like direct TV but paying an unnecessary amount every month for the same exact purpose but less accessibility. Canceling my membership as soon as it runs out, don't waste your money on this app.

I have hulu live just for the YES network, I tried the commercial free version for 6 dollars more per month and the movies still have a ton of commercials. The site is not bad but nobody wants to watch movies with commercials especially that irritating state farm lady.

So save your six bucks.

I mean for real? The ads i will suffer up to a point, but constantly getting bumped out of a show mid way and having to restart it from the beggining is ridiculous! Worst responding service EVER! I guess that us what you get for 4.99, should be free!

Hulu sucks!

Used to be a great service, but they are horrible now. Cuts out constantly and now the last 2 nights I can't even watch my news on FOX NEWS (libtards suck) cause it tells me channels aren't available. And their customer service doesn't even care. I just canceled, they wont be around long at the rate they are going.

PS. I switched to Youtube TV from Hulu and it is much better. It works great for me, doesn't make you watch most comercials, and now is cheaper than Hulu. Honestly my only complaint is I hate giving my money to Google, but it's not like Comcast is any less of a libtardo company.
