Just be careful at what you purchase that it is for your region, and platform.
The only issue is that Credit card automatically rejects the transaction unless I call it in to personally allow it.
After payment you give a information, that you have to send scan ID... and than they ask for Credit Card scan. LOL... I contacted my bank for moneyback...
I bought 4 keys from HRKgames this year and I only had problem with 1 which didnt work.

Hi guys, if you paid by creditcard or any bank card, you can go to bank and ask about chargeback. Now I have money back on my bank account.
Bought a game, tried to activate the game on steam and got an error that key was already used. Did everything they asked me. Never got refund or new key.
This site a joke!

Don't even know where to begin, paid for a game that they did not send me, they did an amazing job pretending that it will be delivered and everything will be fine and now here I am with my money taken from my bank account and all of my support emails were left unanswered. I would not recommend buying anything from them, stick to more reputable sites or better yet, official retailers.
Even the review system is rigged... If you click on anything below 5 stars on the "give us a review" email you get from them, you are linked to review them on their own website where the reviews most likely get automatically trashed, but if you click on the 5 stars you are linked to trustpilot.com, I will just leave that there, shady business.

Received a Windows 10 key that according to Microsoft was in actuality a Windows 7 key. After jumping through several hoops with customer service, they finally gave me a new key. The new one generated a message in Windows that states the key has already been used. Further attempts to rectify the issue with customer service resulted in them asking me to jump through several more hoops to get a valid key. Not worth the time and effort at this point. I will just chalk up my $16 loss to experience and NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HRK AGAIN.

I've purchased a Windows license key and it did not work.
I contacted support via live chat and they've told me to open a support ticket.
The system said that I cannot open a support ticket, so I told the support agent about this, but the support agent kept ignoring me and also kept leaving the conversation - this is completely unprofessional.
I was completely scammed by this company and I've opened a dispute.
All good until you will get into a problem of bad/not working/used key and than that will ask you many screenshots of your desktop, email, site account with all proofs.
Then will tell you to wait, you will wait... so long that you will forgot that you was exited to buy and play some game!

In support 24/7 that they have, they will hang you out without answers, just say that I must wait 1-4 weeks for the investigations, but it's more then 4 weeks now... and they will disconnect! :(( ((
I tried to open new ticket to ask wat's going on and they told me to wait and close the ticket, it's look like they don't like you come with problems, they want you just pay.
-paying for game took 2-3 min -got used key -waiting for "answers" more than 4 weeks.
I don't recommend that site, or pray to not get a bad/used keys;(((
Answer: They are a scam company. They put my account on hold and demanded that I send them a picture of myself holding my ID and debit card to proceed with the transaction, but not before charging my bank account. When contacting Support, they said the photos I sent were unintelligible (which was a bold lie) and never sent me the keys that they charged me for.
Answer: Not hard at all because they choose not to answer your emails :)
