I wanted to buy the game Dead By Daylight, and I bought it on there for only around $8 USD. They sold me a key that was out of my region (I purchased a ROW key and I live in the US) and then said "If the new owner doesn't face any problem while redeeming the code, we will refund your fund." They then asked me if I agreed to the terms, which I didn't, and they put it up for sale afterwards. The key is no longer valid, and I haven't gotten a response.
HRKGame lies to customers – refuses refunds despite their own policy I purchased a game key for Mirror's Edge Catalyst (EA App version) from HRKGame. Unfortunately, I soon realized that the redemption instructions were outdated and misleading. HRKGame's instructions only mention Origin, even though this platform no longer exists. I had to figure out how to activate the key myself, but in the end, I was unable to play the game because the EA App wouldn't install on my Steam Deck. I tried everything possible to get the EA App installer to run. Through Steam, the installer wouldn't open at all, no matter which Proton compatibility tool I used. Using Lutris, I was at least able to launch the installer, but the installation itself wasn't possible. I couldn't change the installation path, and when I clicked "Let's Go" to start the process, a red warning triangle appeared without any explanation, and nothing else could be done. I also tried another program called Bottles, but the installer wouldn't open there either. Instead, Bottles completely froze, and I had to restart it several times before it would work again. Normally, these kinds of issues don't happen with Windows games or other Windows applications on the Steam Deck. I even attempted to run the installer through Wine and Q4Wine, but it still wouldn't launch. When I contacted customer support, they completely ignored my actual question and instead gave generic responses about Steam and Windows, which had nothing to do with my issue. I requested a refund, but HRKGame refused, claiming that activated keys cannot be refunded. This is a blatant lie, because HRKGame's own refund policy states that refunds are possible within 24 hours of purchase, regardless of the reason. HRKGame does not follow their own terms and conditions and deliberately misleads customers to avoid refunds. Luckily, this was only €3.45, but their business practices are questionable. I definitely won't buy from them again and strongly advise others to be cautious and choose a more reputable seller. Since this site doesn't let me upload videos. After days had received nothing, went back to check and opened a support live chat. The chat averaged over an hour between responses. Insisted I needed to open a support ticket with Steam to investigate who they had previously sold the games to and when, which is not my job as it wasn't me. I paid for the games and do not have them.
I requested they replace the keys or refund my money and finally just given up. Thankfully they were inexpensive for each game, but still a waste of money on top of the MASSIVE waste of TIME. Hours and HOURS.
I had more games I planned to buy from them but after all the problems with the first batch I wasn't willing to keep trying. I am going to avoid them in the future and recommend everyone else do the same.
I ordered a global key for Steam, but it turned out I couldn't redeem it in my country. I reached out to support, and while they responded quickly, they required me to submit multiple screenshots of my client and user info. I've never had issues with discount key shops before, but this experience with HRKGame was frustrating. I won't be using their service again.
Lost money buying a game, it couldn't activate in my region altough it showed intenational version. Cant get refund as code is viewed? How could i see if the game would work?
Right after i purchased a key for space engineers, i wasn't even able to see the key to redeem it.
So i made a ticket and and tried using live chat, apparently their live chat is just a bot with a single response, and also after i was kicked out of the chat i could not re open it. Was able to open it back up on my phone and saw that it only gives one response after "typing" for a bit. It was just $10 So its really just annoying but i will be doing whatever i can to refund my money
This company have sold me a key that has already been used on another Steam account.
I bought WWE 2K23 Deluxe and as you can see, someone else has used it already.
When I had this issue with Cyberpunk 2077, with an invalid key, it was because they put - in the key which I had to remove and it then worked... it took 5 days to get that key working... this one is saying that is is already used...
Paid £43 for NOTHING. I have luckily made THIS purchase through Paypal so will hopefully get my money back, never using HRKGame again.
They sold me a fake CD key to office 2021, I had initiated a case with their service dept and they keep asking for screenshots which I had provided via Email. Their internal website does not allow anything above 1MB. I sent them a video screenshot link showing a CD key provided and failed activation, yet they continue to ask for the same stuff over and over again. As this is clearly a scam site, I initiated a dispute with PayPal. Do not buy anything from them as they sell CD Keys that are fake!
This is scam, they send wrong keys, support not answer you. This cheaters waste your money and your time. Never try to buy from him.
I purchased two game keys for two accounts to obtain the prestige currency, which I had already purchased some time ago. However, what was not disclosed in the article is that the currency package can only be activated once per account. Anyone who purchases it a second time for the same account ends up bearing the costs. HRK shows no flexibility in this matter, even though the mistake clearly lies on their side. In response, I was told that I had seen the codes and therefore would not receive a refund. But what good does that do if I have seen the codes but still cannot redeem them because important information was withheld? This is misleading to customers. I feel absolutely cheated in this situation.
They sell you a region lock key but say it is Global. When you can't activate it, they won't give you a refund, just put the key back into the sale so IF someone buys it, they refund you. Terrible service, I am waiting for WEEKS to play the game I purchased from then just waiting for this process. Can't recommend enough that you stay away from these guys.
They sold me a key that was out of stock. After I mailed support that my key was not available, they said I would be refunded but they never refunded me. The key that was out of stock was still being sold after my support ticket, so others who buy it after me also get scammed on the same item.
I bought a bundle of games for them. One of the keys was duplicate. So I immediately contacted them to ask for a replacement and they asked me to take a zillion screenshots to prove it, which I did and uploaded to their very awkward and inconvenient website. After that, their response was literally "Let's see what we can do for you. I forwarded this to our higher department." After 3 days of me sending messages they have just ignored me. Avoid at all costs.
So I bought resident evil 4 remake, 40$ worth of crypto. Money sent, the product was suspended, contacted them about it, showed them the ethereum protocol address, tx id and everything necessary for them to check the payment and their response was they can only refund 4$ coz that was the payment I did. The payment was with Shiba through Ethereum network
To mail they don't answer me anymore, contacted through live chat, I got blocked instantly and can't acces live chat again so I was scammed.

I pre-ordered Like a Dragon: Isshin on Steam on HRK. On release date, code does not work. Steam says it's the wrong region, despite their site said the code is GLOBAL which should work everywhere.
Contacted support, they told me to show them proof. I did. Took several screenshots to prove it. Despite my proof that the key didn't work and the game was not in my Steam account, they REFUSED to give me a refund, or a different code that works. They told me to wait until they re-sell the key and then they will give me a refund.
Flash forward to over a MONTH later, they still haven't given a refund or a replacement code. Customer service has completely ghosted me, despite multiple emails and questions on the tickets.
TLDR: They lie to you, sell you keys that don't work. Then lie and cheat their way to not give you a refund. Total SCAM. Buy your games on any other 3rd party seller.
The worst keyshop ever, they refused to send my my key that i paid for, they didnt respond to my tickets with questions about it, they refused to inform me about my sorder statu on live chat, they finally blocked me posisibility to contact them on live chat or via support. I dont know who thye employs, but its terrbile customer service, they treat customers like dogs and they wont send You the order that You paid for it. I will chargeback them for that. 0/5, they are the worst.
I bought an elden ring key for $34 and never received a single email or key, when clicking on the non existent key on my profile it says nothing found! Scammed, don't use this website
Scam website. Appealed the payment right away but i'm still waiting for an answer. Funny part is i didn't even have an account in it. I had to create a new one to use.
I bought a Steam game key for almost 36.89€. But the HRKGame gave me an invalid key which not activable on Steam in my region (europe). I had checked whether it was my fault, but no it's not – a key must be activable EUROPE.
I contacted support, provided them screenshots. They aks me for creating a ticket and… ignore me. I neither got a valid key nor got refund. My money just stollen.
Never buy any products from this reseller. Your money just will be stollen.
Bought "Chivalry 2 Special Edition Steam" which was supposed to include Chivalry 2 and the Special Edition DLC, all I got was the DLC code and not the game itself so I couldn't even activate the code since I need to own the base game first.
Contacted support and was told that they forwarded it to the publisher and are waiting for a response. Which in itself is pretty interesting considering that they're a grey-market reseller and doesn't even get their keys directly from the publisher.
Anyways, a week later still no refund or compensation in any form, I asked for a refund and was told to wait and still nothing after waiting a few more days.

Last contact they made was on the 23rd and asked for patience, I waited 5 days then contacted them again, now they haven't replied in 3 days.

No response for 2 weeks.
Update 3:
After 3 weeks and multiple contact attempts without answering they now refunded the purchase. Still can't recommend this company after this horrible customer support experience.
Answer: They are a scam company. They put my account on hold and demanded that I send them a picture of myself holding my ID and debit card to proceed with the transaction, but not before charging my bank account. When contacting Support, they said the photos I sent were unintelligible (which was a bold lie) and never sent me the keys that they charged me for.
Answer: Not hard at all because they choose not to answer your emails :)
