After I finished my order I am not allowed to see my key because I have to upload an image of me and my ID card, what is highly unconfidential. Also interesting that this "safety feature" comes up AFTER I gave them my money.

After purchasing a game, the transaction is placed on hold and this company asks for ID, a photo of myself in the mirror and so much other personal data that you would be a complete fool to send anything, its standard practice for some merchants to request ID before you make a purchase/when making an account not after they have charged you. Its obvious they try and scare you into sending them information, don't trust this website, should be illegal

This company is trying to steal 25 bucks from me because they don't understand how their crypto gateway works and they are repeating over and over their system says the payment was rejected when I paid in crypto. I did pay and they have proof and still they refuse to check their coinbase wallet by manually checking I sent them the money. Do not buy from them using Crypto. They are basically destroying the opportunity for Crypto to become adopted. I bought from them in the past without problems but if they don't resolve this issue I will never use them again neither anyone I know or talk to. Their support team don't treat the problem like they want to help but instead to get rid of you and close the case. This is unacceptable.

Bought a game
August 13, 2021

Bought a game from there site after which i found out that the there was something wrong with the key it said (contact customer support) so i did. After 3 hours i got a reply giving me my code afterwich i wanted to redeem it. Turned out they gave me a code for outside my country meaning i couldn`t even use it. DONT buy from there site unless you want to be scammed

Bad support

I would give negative stars if i could. Bought MS Office 2019. Problems installing, probably a previously-used product cdkey. Instead of phone or live chat support, they only do emails with every cycle taking one or two days. In the meantime my work suffered. For a week. In the end i requested a refund which to their credit they provided. Thanks HRK for wasting my one whole week.

I usually shop online with PayPal. I hate using my actual credit card on any given website. Paypal makes it easier to get money back when anything goes wrong. Hence most digital sellers don't like Paypal, However, from the moment I see Paypal I know, they are legit; So With that aside, I gave HRKgames a plus for checkout options. I purchased a key and followed the instructions. However, I had a glitch and they quickly responded by sending another Key and that worked like a charm.

This is my first time shopping with them I still recommend them for how fast they responded.

WARNING they ask you a copy of your ID AFTER you fulfill the payment. This is fraud risk, and probably against the Privacy Law to process such personal information.
Customer service is fast and clear. Below i posted the what did they tell me

I bought the Medal of Honor for steam, the sent me a code that is not working, i tried for more than 20 days to fix the problem, by web, by live chat etc etc, the support you kidding me once and again, the stole my money and my time.

I made my first account, never had i purchased anything on their website before. I try to make my first purchase and then they take my money and basically tell me that if i want the key i purchased, i have to send them a selfie of my self holding a pice of paper with the words "HRK" written on. They also asked me to send a picture of my government ID and a drivers lisence and my credit card.
That is the biggest bull$#*! ever.
They told me this only occurs if you have reached a purchase limit or made more then 1 account using the same card; But I had never purchased from them before and i was using an unused visa gift card. And the game I had tried to purchase was $1.50! So what, is the purchase limit 50 cents?

In the end I told them i would file a dispute if i didn't get what i purchased, so instead of giving me my key, they gave me a refund.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I recommend using Gamivo.com and eneba.com for cd keys

Please don't trust these fake reviews. Please DO NOT buy from this website, it's not worth it. I bought a steam key from them, paid for it, I followed all of the steps to receive the key from a BOT on steam as a gift. Unfortunately, the BOT never added me, therefore I never received the Steam key I paid for.

Their live chat is horrible, the agents don't speak English well at all, I don't even know why they have a livechat support when it's totally useless. The agent I talked with said he/she can't make a note on my open ticket to urge agents to respond to me, he/she also said they can't make any escalations to them. What is the live chat used for then? I also asked for a time frame on when they will get back to me with an answer/solution for my ticket, the agent said he can't make any estimates. I didn't get any information, or any help from him/her. I was just told to be patient. Lol

The estimated time reply is from 24-48 hours. Unfortunately 4 days have passed so far and I didn't get any updates on my ticket. I sent them a support message and their customer service told me to stop opening additional "tickets". It wasn't even a ticket, it was a support message through the "Contact me" page.

In short, their customer support is rude and horrible, from my experience - Non existent. Please do not buy steam keys from them, it's just a matter of time when you'll order a steam key they won't deliver to you and then, your chase after their support will start.

Save yourself from this struggle. Buy from ENEBA, CDKEYS, or any other company, avoid this $#*!.

I was buying a game at HRK last night
The payment went well, but when I trying to activate the key on steam I got a message that it's already in use! WTF!
So I contacted the support!
They asked for print screens of the activation process, so I send the them the info! And it went in to silence! I emailed them again and told them that I want my money back and the answered me to contact steam about my key issue!... I say Don't go there, Don't buy anything there it just a bunch of greedy bastards!..

Ordered a key for zombie army trilogy and it didnt work on steam, contacted HRK support and after providing screenshots of proof, they asked me to contact steam. ( I should not have to do this) Steam said that the key is nothing to do with them and i will need to contact HRKgame.

I contacted them again and there ignoring me. So i lost my money with this company, avoid them and do not buy your keys from here.!

I purchased what I thought to be the Legacy version of Minecraft due to the pics all being from the legacy edition and saying certain DLC was compatible. I typed the code into Microsoft and saw they sent me the Bedrock version of Minecraft. I tried contacting the support but they wouldn't give me a refund because I 'redeemed' the code already. I had to type in the code to see what game they sent, but I never actually redeemed it to my account.

Scammers.
Dont buy anything, you get an invalid code, and an automated copypaste from the webpage about redeeming your code. Support doesnt help you at all.

Bought Game and no Key or Game,

Bought a game, requires u to go to a different site to claim, since that site adds u as a friend and gifts u the game. Seems already fishy. Went there, error 102, nothing else. No game no key.

Would not recommend, the prices are mostly 5-10% cheaper anyway, isn't worth the hassle.

The customer service experiences lacks. I wanted an invoice with my company info for Accounting purposes and the "raw" answer was:"Thank you for contacting HRK Support.
Your order information is available through History section. We don't offer any more information or invoice other than that.

After a payment they asked me to send a selfie with my Card ID data and a blank sheet with data, time and name of the buyed game. Luckily I've asked for full refund and I got my money back instantly (paid with PayPal). Never gonna to buy again from them.

I purchased a game from them years back and had no issues. However recently I purchased DLC and they immediately charged my card before putting my account on hold and demanding that I send a picture of myself holding my ID and debit card.

The attached photos are what followed.

The first couple photos were a bit blurry because my camera wouldn't focus, but they were still intelligible. I also wrote the wrong date on accident in the first couple photos which he failed to mention, telling me he didn't read it in the first place. The last photo was crystal clear. Obviously I can't show the photos because they contain personal information, but you can reasonably tell from the conversation that he is not trying to resolve the issue.

Anyways, I had to call my bank to remove the pending charge which will be an ongoing process for the next week.
