Purchased a Football Manager 2023 redeem key on 14th November 2022, there were some payment errors and my game was not initially in the library, those problems were later resolved. However, I couldn't redeem my code on the FM website as someone else took it, they claimed it was me but the official SEGA support said that the email address used to verify and redeem the code originated from Bulgaria (@abv.bg). I have never been to that country, nor have I registered any address on that domain. That means that my code has been nicked, either by an employee there or a hacker, that means they potentially have a very insecure network by which they transport the codes. Quite unprofessional, including the fact that they tried to convince me that I was the one who redeemed the code. Must avoid them.

I bought a Steam game key for almost 45$. But the HRKGame gave me an invalid key which not activable on Steam in my region. I had checked whether it was my fault, but no it's not – a key must be activable globally.
I contacted support, provided them screenshots. They thanked me for creating a ticket and… ignore me. I neither got a valid key nor got refund. My money just stollen.
Never buy any products from this reseller. Your money just will be stollen.

UPDATE 08. 11. 22:
After I wrote the review HRKGame connected with me and have refunded money.

Scammers i just purchased FIFA23 then they tell me contact support to get the key!
And there is nothing fake description fake support fake live chat they don't answer

You find a game it says 17€ you have a discount code of 10% you get 15€ instead of 17€ you put it in the basket it then become 26€ for no reason! Nothing says why... Then you go to basket you put your discount code you have 23€ instead of 26€ when you were supposed to pay only 15€ then you keep going and in the end your discount code don't even count because instead of having 23€ they say you need to pay 26.22€ instead of 26.56€ lol... Big scam it is to avoid

They sell keys for games on the Steam platform, but actually some of these games are not on the platform at all.

Even if they aren't fraudulent, the procedure they make you go through is bull$#*!. Buy from Kinguin or somewhere similar instead.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT! Sad i didnt see the comments before purchasing. Seller demands picture of ID AFTER purchase before delivery. Their support chat is dog$#*! and never respond to any emails. I cant understand allkeyshop gives this merchant a platform. 0/5 STAY AWAY.

Support take hours upon hours to reply back, and they give you all sorts of stupid excuses not to send you your CD key.

Upon purchase, after payment, this site demands copies of photo ID. This site is a scam - do not use

Do not trust this site, they ask for personal identification which is completely illegal to do. Also they do not deliver your key. Please do not buy from them and avoid at all costs.

So I Bought Red Dead Online and when I purchased it, it took my money but it was out of stock. No where on the site did it say Out of Stock so false information. Thankfully there support or maybe this specific person did indeed listen and give me my refund. I would not recommend buying from here but it's nice to know they did indeed give me my money back

Unlike on many other websites where you immediately can redeem your key, this is not possible here and the support won't even care if you want a refund. Very bad experience. Would rate it -300/10

They send you the used code and then let the bot to answer your report, instead of having a proper support team.

The verification process is ridiculous. They want you to take a selfie of holding your id with also a piece of paper with date and hrkgame.com written on it. After doing all of that, they rejected me.

Who on earth wants to give a shady key reseller your sensitive information like License picture and selfie?
Next thing they will be requesting social security number, birth certificate, family history, families dob, your other site passwords.
What a horrible site.

I ordered STEAM GIFT kard.
They send the card, but it was not valid.
One week and no money back and no steam gift card.
I send them my id and card.
I had to block the card(additional 8 euro paid) and put claim with the bank to return the money.
I will see how this will end.

Warnung vor Käufen bei HRK
Ich habe bei HRK einen Code für den BF1 Premium Pass gekauft, auf Orgin wird angezeigt das der Code schon benutzt wurde. HRK kontaktiert - es folgte eine Serie mit Aufträgen - Screenshot hiervon und davon usw. Zum Schluss sollte ich EA fragen wann der Code verwendet wurde. EA kann da aber leider nicht helfen. Also bleibt es wohl dabei - Keinen Code - Geld ist weg - viel Zeit verschwendet. Paypal bietet auch keinen Käuferschutz wenn es um nicht Materielle Dinge geht. Lieber Finger Weg.
