I bought a wig from a site that I thought was located in Canada. It was a short layered wig. I waited over a month for this wig to arrive. It was nothing like the picture at all. It wasn't short, it wasn't layered it was absolutely horrible. I contacted the company immediately and I got a song and dance and run around. I am suffering with cancer and going through chemotherapy I just didn't have the patience to keep fighting with them. I had a friend of mine style it a little better and I donated the wig to a cancer hospital. These people shouldn't be allowed to continue in business. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. The company is a scam through and through.

I ordered a wig from Howigs in December. It took forever to get the wig. I paid $500 for the wig. It was supposed to be 100% remy human hair. The wig was not human hair, and the color was not at all what was shown in the picture I ordered.It was the worst quality of hair and wig I have ever seen. I brought it to 2 wig specialists to attempt to color it. No salon would touch the wig, as they had no clue what fibre the wig was made of, and they ensured me it was not human hair. I immediately contacted the company to return the wig. After approximately 20-30 emails (and 2 months later) from Becky, who would NOT provide me a return address, I contacted PayPal. PayPal contacted the company for me to get the return address. Becky told PayPal I had accepted a 20% discount they offered. This was NOT true. I told PayPal I did not accept any discount the offered and I wanted my full refund. PayPal got the address. I recently shipped the wig back, and will receive my full refund in 5-10 days. This was truly the worst on-line shopping experience I have ever had in my life. The company really should be shut down.

This company is an awful, deceptive, joke... except that it's not funny. They advertised a human hair, lace front wig. They used a great model. I think it may be Vivica Fox. My mother paid almost $200 for this wig. She ordered a large, but it's much too small. The "lace" front is just weird, like remnants of the veil of an old hat someone lost in the attic. When they were contacted so we could find out how to return for a refund, they only explained that the size was correct & my mom should "... measure her head..." They have found a clever means of extorting cash from the unsuspecting folks outside of their country.

I am doing my happy dance. Thank you HoWigs! My previous tries at wigs locally were a disaster - too big, too much hair and I looked ridiculous. My hair is thinning at a fast rate due to medication so I had to do something. The style is exactly how I once wore my real hair, so it all works. I was able to take it out of the box and immediately style it with my fingers - away from my small forehead - just like the pictures showed. So once again, thank you, for thinking of customers that fit my category of needs. I am going to order more!

I lost 300 dollars,,, the product very bad,,,, cheap looking,,,,, bad quality,,,,, just opened the pkg and the wigs already losing lot of hair,,,, the size not fit on me,,, the color not matching with the picture of the website showing,,,,, the company telling me no refund,,,,, they dont care,,,,,, come on,,,,,,, if you are victim of this howigs company please contact with me,,, we are going to take this company to the legal way,,,,,, we need everybody who have,,, had lost money with them, Thank you very much! *******638 Gina

I spent ninety dollars on a wig that was modeled by Kylie Jenner in the original picture. It had dark roots, was long, and wavy, and I ordered it in a platinum blonde color. The wig i received was about ten shades too dark, it was shoulder length, and didn't even have dark roots. I emailed the company and went back and forth with some illiterate woman who offered to send me five dollars for my troubles. I said absolutely not, and threatened to take legal action so she responded and offered to refund fifteen dollars. Needless to say, I still have this unusable wig, and I'm out 90 dollars. DO NOT BUY FROM www.howigs.com THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

Ordered a Wig from them then cancelled within 5 minutes of purchase. They kept sending me emails to please keep my Order offering discounts, gifts etc. Stated no thanks just want full refund. They eventually said ok no problem will refund full amount but are having trouble with processing the amount thru Paypal (problem on Paypals end). I'd had enuf and put in a Claim with Paypal to deal with them. Lo & behold I got my full refund within 2-3 days. Thank u ALSO LADIES THEY SCAM U BY SAYING CUSTOM WIGS WILL NOT BE RETURNED ETC BUT THEY WILL NOT STATE ON THEIR SITE WHAT IS STANDARD ORDER AND WHAT IS CUSTOM ORDER HOPING YOU WILL NOT PICK UP ON THIS POINT UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE ORDERED A WIG AND BY THEN IT'S TOO LATE - YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED!

Not only your wigs won't have the quality stated in their website but they'll also send you the wrong colour and refuse for any refunds or returns. Its completely unacceptable!
It's unacceptable that I was sent the wrong wig colours/size and they've simply refuse to at least correct it! No refund is actually done as stated here on their website, this looks like a scam website and I'm keen to denounce it online! Don't use this webpage
