Thank goodness for PayPal as without them I would have been out of pocket. The wigs I received were nothing like the pictures shown in either style or colour. The company refused to supply an address for returns but instead offered increasing amounts of money to keep them. Even after PayPal found in my favour they were offering money for me to keep the shoddy wigs. No thank you!

These people are scam! The pictures on their website are taken from legit wig companies. The wig you order won't even resemble the wig you will get from them. Don't even try to get your money back, they won't give it back. I sent 29 emails back and forth and nothing's happened. They wouldn't give me a return address, so I couldn't sent this terrible wig back to them. At one stage they offered to make another one, but wanted me to pay for postage which they offer for free on their website. Now I don't even get a reply to my emails.

Don't, Please don't waist your time with this company! They are nothing but a SCAM! I can't say this enough! They Will Not refund your money. They don't stand behind their refund policy or their product. I paid them $268.00 for two crappy wigs, I wish I knew at the time I ordered and paid this amount what I was going to be dealing with. They don't have any other way of communication except for constantly emailing. No address, no phone to call! No nothing! You deal with Sara or Lucy through emails only! I have come to the conclusion I am fighting an uphill battle, and I am on the losing end! I go back and look again at their wigs, and found another wig I liked that was a Human hair wig. I told them to just swap me out with that wig, keep in mind (they are still overpaid by $46.00). They said they could do that, but I need to send the other 2 wigs back first! "TELL ME WHERE!" "WHAT IS YOUR DAMN RETURN ADDRESS? Then I was told to send another $14.00 for shipping. I said just take part of the $46.00 owed to me for the $14.00 shipping. I'm already in the hole with them! I told Them I wasn't spending another dime with them! Again I asked for the address, to ship the other gorilla wigs back, and so far I've received no response! They need to be shut down or caught scamming people! Does anyone have any recommendations I should do to get my money or the other wig? Please advise!

The 2 wigs I received were totally different to those described and pictured. I ordered human hair, lace front and mono filament. I received synthetic hair, no lace front and not mono filament. So upsetting that consumers are taken advantage of by this site. I refused all offers of money from this company insisting the wigs were not as described and only because I had paid with Paypal and paid the return postage did I receive my money back. I hope this helps others caught by this company.

They lost my wig and I have been harassed ever since. Harassed to let them make me another one with a %age off. This Sarah, who I'm sure isn't her name, keeps saying she will get in trouble if my money is refunded like I should care and pay for their mistake and it looks like they make nothing but mistakes by the reviews here. It is truly another Chinese rip off. I will never order from a Chinese company again. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a wig approximately 3 months ago. It finally arrived. I was excited as the box was opened only to have extreme disappointment when I saw it. The hair was the wrong color... Maybe it can be colored. I put it on and discovered a flaw in the front of the wig. It was as if a few rows of hair was put on going in the opposite direction of the rest of the hair. I tried contacting them via the website... Nothing. After waiting a couple weeks I contacted them again via the website... Nothing. I have yet to hear from them. The next step is to contact the credit card company. I would advise anyone to stay away from HoWigs.

I wish I had read the reviews first - this company is a total rip off.
Sadly, a lot of the women who order wigs have cancer & this is the last thing they need BUT this company in China dont give a stuff. I ordered a real hair wig and got a wig that was absolute crap & didnt look anything like the wig I ordered. I would happily donate to the Cancer Council but I am sure they wouldnt want it.
My fault- should have checked reviews etc - a lesson learnt & of course this company advertise a lot but have no accountability at all.

Howigsau will not get a positive review... Howigsau do not refund your money but will encourage you buy another wig, they will also charge you more to redo another wig with an extra charge My price changed 3 times from AUD $20 to AUD $25 to AUD$30. The wig I ordered looked nothing like the picture... very disappointed. I ordered a wig stand with the wig. I did not receive the wig stand and to date still have not received. Placed first order 2nd January 2018... to date it is 5th February - 35 days later and still waiting. DONT EVER BUY FROM HOWIGS

I ordered 2 wigs after reading on their website that returns are possible in 15 days. The wigs looked nothing like the ones on the website, they were made from bad quality plastic and looked awful. They were also way to big for the size I ordered. They were sent by DHL, so I had to pay an extra CAD30 $ to receive the parcel. I tried to return them but after 4-5 e-mails where the customer representative said a definite NO to returning and tried to make me feel compassionate about people who worked on these wigs, I gave up. I am 250$ poorer. I will complain to the trade bureau and try to close their website. Thieves! Please stay away from them.
