Don't even consider buying a wig from these people! I ordered a human hair wig
Which took forever to receive and thought I wasn't going to get it. Had to file a dispute claim to try to get my money back. They finally sent me the wig. It wasn't human hair, smelled of chemicals, wrong color, Not what was advertised. Trying to ship it back to china and trying to get reimbursed was more than I could deal with. So I ate it. The least I can do is warn others. One star is too many!
Ive tried combing, brushing, and blow drying it. NOTHING! Dont know know what else todo. IT IS MANGY THIN HAIR OR WORSE. Returning for a FULL REFUND. Please tell me where to send it ASAP! Was not even styled the way shown on arrival.

The wig I received did not look anything like the wig I ordered.
They told me to get it cut. I wanted to return it for a different one.

I wished I had read your review before I spent £57. It was a CRAP wig, the photo on line bore no resemblance to the nightmare and all I got was excuses. I was offered compensation in the reverse £30, £20, £10. How crazy is that.
I made the mistake of returning the wig to a Middlesex address that was on the box that said Return to: when it should have been returned to China. It was signed for in Middlesex. Biggest SCAM ever. Note the number of stars supposedly wearing Ho Wigs!. Do you think they are really Ho Wigs?

Don't do business with this company. After receiving a wig that could only be used at a costume party i have tried unsuccessfully to return this thing for over 6 weeks. After over 20 emails I have now filed a complaint thru PayPal and hope to receive a refund. Of course, it would be nice to have an address to return this thing but evidently that is not something any customer can find. Probably because there would be a mountain of returned packages and create a fire hazard. I am a cancer patient and really resent this company and it's deplorable lack of customer service.
This is a scam website. The wigs are coming from China, even if you order from co.uk site. When they arrive, you have to pay extra money because of clearance taxes. They did not tell me anything about extra taxes... My order did not arrived at all and they wanted to refund me just 20%, than 30% and now 40% only. I lost a lot of time talking on email with a totally unprofessional customer care. Today I raised a dispute on PayPal and hopefully I will get my money back.
SCAM COMPANY, DON'T BUY! I'd give it negative 5 stars if I could. The reviews on their website must be fake because I don't know how people could be fooled into thinking they're getting Remy hair. I paid $160 and was excited to get my wig but realized quickly it wasn't human hair. Additionally, the construction was horrible as they used white threading for the cap which shows through quite obviously. I'm sad to say that by reading the reviews here I have a feeling I won't be getting my money back either.
Don't order from this company. I sent them a message and they want pictures of the wig. Their site says there is not a public key and I can't send the pictures. The wig was supposed to be human hair but it's synthetic and looks terrible.
Please don't order from them. I paid $160.00 for a poorly made wig. It was not capless or lace as it was suppose to be. Really I could have made a better wig myself. Working on getting my money back now.
I ordered from them because it said somewhere they are made in USA. Next thing i know its being shipped from DUBAI. Well the color was way wrong, i ordered a blonde, like platinum blonde and i got like a brownish blonde. And i ordered a human hair... its definitley not. Ive been wearing wigs for almost 10 years and i can tell the difference. What a waste of money. $130 for a synthetic wig. I can get a nice synthetic one for less then half the price.

Hi everyone I award HoWigs NIL STARS and this is an update since my last review 8/8/2017. I am in the process of my 10th email to this company for a returns address and to no avail, all they have done is delay the process and offer me a £10 refund then today a £15 refund, and the best part is they are so sorry for my inconvenience? What a joke, actually this is not funny as I have limited funds and can't afford to let this go. I have not been outside my house for 2 months because I am not the person I used to be as in a full head of hair and when I ordered my wig I actually believed that my order would be a saviour, not at all, in fact quite the opposite. This company is targeting vulnerable customers and this has to stop, no empathy, no professionalism, no ethics whatsoever, I am totally stressed out which is not good for my health, but I will not be taken for a fool. I will update if I have any further news. Thank you for your time. X

This is a warning for all of you wanting to buy a hair pieces or wigs in real human hair. These guys are selling fake hair wigs as real human hair, dont get sucked in like I did. I paid $515.00 for this crap see pictures below.

I just lost 240£. Ordered 2 wig and sended back to them, address was on the box, so the same day I run to the post office. Now they said it not our address and bla bla bhla. They do not accept return my money back. May someone know where to ask for help? Some company? I cant leave it like that. :( its big money..

The wig was poor in every aspect. They refuse to reimburse me for returning. I spent 32$ to return and it was sent back to me after 2 months. Address does not exist and company quite the scammers. I am out 132$ and feel victimized and abused by this company. Please do not purchase from them. Don't go through what I did.
I bought wig from Howig looking at the product reviews first which got 5 stars. Took forever to receive the item. And the wig is nothing like the one in the picture. It's weird wig, seems like it's backwards. Cant wear it at all. Absolutely waste of money. I wrote bad review but of course they didn't put what I wrote. Only 5 stars reviews allowed to be posted. Grrrr... I hate this shop!
I ordered and paid $278 Australia dollars, I received the most hideous orange curly wig. It was supposed to be ash blonde. Becky will not refund me, even though their website policy says they. She's ignoring my emails as I've asked countless times for a return address and my money back.
This place is a horrible sky con.
