The representative was very kind and professional, and gave me all the information that I needed and took care of all the things that I needed to take care of
They did not give the brackets for the mobility van or the pouch for my oxygen. The technician did fine but I still need additional equipment

Hover round made me appointment I got to Drs office and was told they couldn't do the evalulation. A wasted trip to Dr office called Hover round They told me they only do power wheel chairs for inside home and I had asked for mobility scooter before they made the appointment for evalulation Hoverround says they don't have contract with medicare for mobility scooters SO HOVEROUND IS TOTALLY WORTHLESS I DO NOT WANT ANYMORE CALLS FROM YOU I will not recommend to anyone
Chris was on time, went over every detail required, and made adjustment
To fit my physical conditions. He assembled the chair in out family room
(Raining cats and dogs outside) with very little mess and once I gave it a
Test drive made some final adjustments that made my ride much better.
When he was finished with the chair, he cleaned up the water on the floor.

The service provider, Dana, was the one that delivered my chair 6 yrs. Ago and has been the only one to come out and preform any service needed and will be delivering my 2nd chair in a couple of weeks. He has been friendly, respectful, helpful and just all around wonderful every time he has been out. The service I have received from him was the big factor in deciding to stay with Hoveround for my next chair. The chair itself has been great and only needed regular maintenance but the security of knowing the same person would be coming out gave me peace of mind. From the case specialist, to delivery and maintenance has been a wonderful & smooth experience every time. Thank you Hoveround crew!

I had no clue that the phone call I answered was a robocall. The lady on the other end was informative, personable and knew what she was representing.
My only complaint so far is the absence of a way to tie down the front of the chair for transportation. That should be a built in feature, not an add-on requiring a "Kit"

The tech was very courtious and respectful of my needs and privacy. She made sure that my dr's appointment was going to be for my hoverround appointment also.
I had to call to find out about my request for new chair. Was informed that my request was denied because all reports was not in and miss read. No phone call or letter was sent to me. I had both copies of report mailed or faxed to company stating that I needed a power wheelchair.

I was very happy with their aid in getting what I need at this time in my life. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.
My phone consultation, was very easy and pleasant. The person who helped me even called my Doctor office to help get the appointment set up. The nice person on the phone was concerned for me when I told him my chair doesn't charge anymore and worked to get me a quick as possible app. With my Doctor so that we could get on the road to replacing my chair. It was a over pleasant and easy experience and I appreciated that very much - thank you.
Answer: Some seem to be getting the equipment supplier mixed up with Medicare. Medicare has theirs own agenda (deny! Deny! Deny!), like most insurance co. Who don't want to pay out. Power wheelchair and scooter companies just do what they can. If a doctor prescribes and Medicare accepts/denies, its not the companies' fault. The doctor is valued to do his duty the best he can and Medicare supposed to do right by the benefiticary. I don't know. Seems a lot of blame is possible, not just with one side of it.

Answer: Yes, if doctor can prove medically necessary. Doctor must make file notes to support and you must have an office visit that only addresses the need for your chair.
