I ordered one board on 11/02/16, a Gold one, then finally received it 11/17/2016 and it was Black. I would like to return it for the right color. In the meantime, I had ordered a second one before I received the wrong colored one, for my second son on 11/09/2016, and I still have not received anything. I have sent at least 4 emails and I have called and left voicemail messages to find out the status, but they have not replied. They had no problem getting my money the second I hit the submit button. I'm disgusted with this type of business!
I ordered on 11/26/16 received an email the next day with an order number and it says processing I have tried to call them from the time they open till the time they close they don't never answer their phone calls they don't return phone calls I had emailed them several times and have not received an email back I have put in my order number to track it and Order can't be found so be smart and do not order from these people I will be turning them in today and I'm hoping that I get my money back this was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter
Complete scam. After 4 weeks it finally arrived and it was the complete wrong one. We bought the $400 model and we received the $200 model. No one answers the phone and the emails are auto responses! Anyone have any ideas?
I've bought a hoover board in 11-22 and have not received anything. I received a tracking number and that I should have received it on Friday and have not received anything. Fedex is only showing up as label created since November and it hasn't changed! DON'T BUY FROM HERE!
My 12 year old daughter has wanted a hoverboard for over a year. She saved her money and was so excited to find one on this website for $199.99. We ordered the "Classic Hoverboard" in white. The product description on the invoice I received specifically noted that the ordered item was Hoverboard brand, white in color. After 2 weeks, the item was delivered. The brand was "Swagway", the color was "garnet" and it was covered in scratches and dents. The box it came in had two other labels on it, both addressed to the company and from 2 different individuals - it looked like two other customers had ordered and then returned the item and then they just sent it out to us! I have left a voice message and sent an email and have not gotten a response. I am hoping to be able to send it back without having to pay for shipping. I would NOT recommend purchasing from this company.
Just like everyone else... I ordered on Nov 14th. Got email on the 25th that my order was processed but it would take 1-3 days for it to go out to FedEx and that I would get a confirmation number when it did. NO confirmation, NO Hoverboard, No return calls or emails. $200 down the drain and going to have one very sad son come Christmas morning!
Ordered on 11/17/16. Was worried that it didn't ship. Received a confirmation that it had shipped on 11/25/16. I keep checking the FedEx Tracking number and it still hasn't been picked up. I'm beyond worried at this point. This is all my daughter wanted for Chistmas. They will not return phone calls or emails either. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
Been nearly 3 weeks since i've ordered my gold board and all i've received is a damn invoice, no shipping updates or anything. I've emailed several
Times as well. If i don't receive my board by this friday i'm going to call the authorities you $#*!ing low life scam artist!
I ordered two hoverboards on 11/22/16. I am still waiting for them to come. I got a email saying my order was completed and that it was shipped out. I went to track my package at fed ex and it just says label created. It was suppose to have been here on 12/2/16 and nothing. I have called many of times and no one answers or returns my call. I've also emailed too and no response. I'm so worried I won't receive them. These are my children's Xmas gifts. I hope I can get my 400.00 back. Seeing all of the other reviews really makes me think I'm not getting mine. I thought this looked like a legitimate site but I guess not. Do not buy from hoverboard.com it's a scam I feel.
I ordered a gold hoverboard on 11/14. I got a black hoverboard on 12/3. Gold was not even an option of colors that this hoverboard comes in. Also, it was an Airwalk Hoverboard which is on the recall list from last year so I'm very leery. At least the hoverboard works (for now) and it got here before Christmas. After reading all the other reviews, I am grateful that I ever got it at all. The telephone number is a joke. My numerous emails went unanswered for weeks at a time. Never again!
I placed my order on 11/09/16 here it is 12/04/16 and still waiting on my item. How can they send you a order number and have no order update? It took two weeks to tell me that my order has been processed then after that they send an email saying my item has been sent to fedex with a tracking number and when i called fedex all they say is it waz just a label created and nothing had been sent to them. Going to the poilce station tomorrow..
Placed an order for a gold hoverboard. Order #******* on Monday 11/28. I've called a 10p times and emailed several times with no response. Christmas is weeks away. How dare you rip people off like this. I've called my bank. I just want my money back ASAP! Do not order from this company!
I ordered 2 boards on 11/9 they charged my credit card 11/10 but I'm still waiting on my boards, like all of you I called repeatedly and I emailed and no reply, I contacted my credit card company, they called and got no answer but they got a email that was sent to me that I didn't get stating my order but no shipping info, I called and finally spoked to someone who assure me that my order is being shipped that they were waiting on fed-ex and that I'll get a update by the end of the day but when I checked everything was gone, it stated that there was no record of my order and the previous link read a error message I'm praying that it comes
Ordered hoverboard on hoverboarder.com on 11/17 didn't receive until 12/3. It was the wrong color, wrong, brand. Wasn't even a product sold on the site. Upon researching the product I did receive it was in the recall list due to the lithium ion battery that can overheat causing fire or electric shock. This was a Christmas present for my granddaughter who is 9 years old and I would not suggest anyone to use this product even if you consider keeping it. This can be very dangerous for children to ride on. This site is a scam, you cannot contact or get replies via email or by phone. Took my money as soon as I ordered the product and it's been almost a month now. Will be notifying the attorney generals office and FBI. This site is scamming people for their money and giving out faulty recalled products!
I purchased a hover board for my son. It took much longer than promised to arrive. When it finally arrived it was the wrong color, but my son decided to keep the product despite being the incorrect color. To make matters worse it does not work/will not charge. Despite multiple attempts to call or email the company they refuse to reply. I would recommend not doing business with this company.
We order the Hoverboard on 11/20. Received email that order has been shipped via FedEx on 11/25. To be delivered late afternoon on Tuesday, 11/29. NO delivery. Then status on FedEx tracking was changed to "pending" for delivery, what does that mean? I've called hover boarder.com and had to leave a message because they are experiencing high volume (wonder why?) and I emailed (no response). Their website says they are not delivering the promised 2 day, it is a 5-7 day delivery... well my delivery was is still more.
I ordered 2 hoverboards on 11/13/2016 I still have not received them, I have called I have emailed I have got nothing back in response from them. I have requested my money back I have not received money or no response, I made complain't with Florida attorney generals office and also contacted my credit card company! It will be a waiting process to get my money back but after reading reviews And having to deal with this company I think it's best to go elsewhere!
Ordered from this damn company back in late sept 2016. I Didn't get my order until late October2016, only because I emailed and left several messages that i received my board in a few days only to have them send the wrong color. I called a number that doesn't work. And the company refuse to respond to your emails and the phone number is a none working number. BUYER BEWARE!

I as many of you were terrified after I read the reviews after ordering a Hoverboard for my daughter for Christmas. However, I decided to just remain patient since the bad reviews were about the customer service and delivery schedule not the hoverboards themselves.
To my surprise I ordered it on Sunday 11/27 and it was delivered Thursday 12/01. I definitely was the wrong color! Chrome (not even an option on the website) instead of the back I ordered, but still looks like a nice hoverboard and at Christmas will determine the quality.

Once you've learned how to ride a hoverboard, you'll have no problems. If you're concerned about the quality of a hoverboard you've purchased, you may want to upgrade your battery to UL2271 or UL2272 specs. Answer: You will not receive anything from this company because its a scam. The address doesn't even exist, its an empty lot. Check on the google maps, street view. I confirmed the empty lot when I called the Miami Police Dept and the city of Miami business authority... There are over 80 complaints at the BBB this month alone about this fraudulent company. His name is Jimmy Temkin and he is doing business under many other company names using the same address that does not exist. FIle a complaint with your bank and cancel any cards u gave them so they don't charge it again
