Liars and thiefs

Site is a lie. They say same day shipping and receive in 3 days. Ordered 11/28/16 and it is 12/11/16 and no product yet. Can't talk to anyone, phone picks up and you have to leave a message. They never call back. Sent 4 emails and they responded once and it said error when I clicked on the link. Reversing my transaction with my bank and turning them in to the BBB. Done trying to contact them.

CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

I am in same boat as the rest of you. It is such a same for them to be able to get away with it. I will be contacting an attorney and start the process for a class action lawsuit. Anyone else interested in joining me please reach out to me via email at *******@gmail.com. This is 1000% real. Only if you are serious. I don't want harassment through my email but I work to hard to let one Jimmy Kemtins or whatever his name is get away with it. So if you are upset and ready to take him please let get this started.

Stay Away

We placed an order on 11/16/2016. We sent several emails and tried to call them all with no response, Finally on 12/8/2016 the wrong item showed up, it also does not work. Still cant get any response from company. We are disputing the charge on the credit card from the fraudulent company! Stay away from them.

I ordered on 11-28-2016 and the website says 3 to 5 days before shipped out well my order still hasn't been shipped out and its been 2 weeks now and after several times trying to call daily and several daily email still no response from company. So now I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. Buyer Beware.

SCAM! TERRIBLE COMPANY

Like many of the previous reviewers, I have also been facing many issues with this company. I ordered a black 8in Bluetooth hoverboard for $400 on 11-10-16. It's been exactly one month and the product hasn't even been shipped. I tried calling them and emailing them, but no response. My credit card company is already investigating these filthy scammers.

His name is Jimmy Temkin has many other business listed at this address 132 NE 22nd St Suite 2 Miami, FL ******* which does not exist, its an empty lot. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered on 11/24/16 & received shipping info on 12/1 only to state that a label was created for Fed Ex by "Anonymous". I've called but no one will answer or return my calls. Emails are be returned as "undelivered". This company needs to be shut down. Next week I will file with the Florida Attorney General. I ordered a purple hoverboard and received a black one that does not work. After youtubing I decided we would try to fix it only to come to find out the screws that they use are also garbage and could not get it open. Sent several emails to see if I could return it and get another one no response yet

Never Again

I ordered 2 Hover boards 1 Gold and 1Blue and they sent me 2 Blue ones instead and the box said Gold on it and everytime u try to call them no one ever answers the phone or email. This $#*! is ridiculous Bad Customer Service

The guy who owns Hoverboarder.com also owns EmpireelecteicUSA. And probably others. He is pulling this scam on several sites.
I ordered 1 hover board on Sunday. Checked that I only ordered 1 before confirming and completing order. I received email invoice stating I ordered 3. I then checked bank and it showed $599 pending. I have tried calling over 50 times and sent many emails asking them to cancel order and call me to order just 1 board. They do not EVER answer phones or emails. Transaction is still pending so I am hoping my bank can cancel it. Otherwise I will have to file a claim. I am single mom with 4 foster children. That money was for food, gas etc. This is causing a hardship.
I will be filing with BBB if my money isn't refunded. I do not want to purchase a hover board from them after this stressful experience. Why is this allowed to happen over and over? How is their bank not wondering why all these claims are occurring? Also they have several websites with different company names and it's the same story. One is Hoverboarder.com but there are several

Stay Away!

This company is awful. The Hoverboard I ordered for my son will not charge. I have been emailing them for over a week and cannot get a response. Forget about calling them, it's a recording and no one will call you back. Please save yourself the $200 and order from a reputable place. I do not understand how a company can sell defective products like this and leave the buyer with no recourse. I am beyond livid.

Some people spend all there money to make there child's Christmas unforgettable! This place does not care about that! It has been weeks and they still have not shipped my purchase! I have call 8 times and left messages, no answer! I have emailed 6 times, no response! This is so sad that people can get away with this! I'm hurt that this company would do this, this time of the year. I hope no more kids suffer from one less gift this year because they have no money to replace the gift they purchased from this awful business!

Robbed!

So, i ordered this hoverboard for what was advertised as their cyber monday deal. Same day shipping... guaranteed blah blah blah. And here i stand today praying that my bank refunds me my money in time to order one from amazon for my daughter for xmas. All of the reviews are true. The phone number doesnt work at all. Its an automated message and sometime may re route you to a fictitious voicemail. They dont respond to emails. NOTHING. I hope if your looking to buy this your reading beforehand and not after like me.

They only got a 1 because there was no -100! Ordered nevered recieved the hover boards. Call millions of times emailed several times. Never get responses. Dispute it with the bank or credit card now!

Complete SCAM

I ordered on Sept. 8th, received almost a month later after several calls. Day one after a half hour of use, the wheel seized up. After several attempts they answered my call and told me to send it back and they would send a replacement. I sent it back and still no replacement. They have not replied to any of my several emails or phone messages. Because it is past 60 days I cannot dispute the charges.

This is the owner's Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/jimmy.temkin. Look through the photos. Smoking pot, running around naked, dancing to techno in the laundrymat. Do not buy, you will never see your hoverboard. I think he is going to steal everyone's money and disappear.

I ordered a board on Nov 8 2016, the money was taken out of my account the same day. Its Dec 8 2016 today and still no hoverboard. I will be notifying the federal government and intend to press charges so hopefully these people can be tracked down. If u already ordered from these bastards then notify your bank or credit card company asap and start taking steps to get your money refunded back to you.

The same problems everyone else is having. Quick to take my $$$ and disappear after that. No response from the "customer service" line. No response to any emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I will be contacting my bank, the FL state officials and local government enforcement on cybercrime. Garbage humans involved with this scam should burn in hell!
