Ordered 3 Hoverboards from this site on November 12,2016. Discover card was charged on November 13. Received an email stating items would be delivered 3-5 business days. Did not happen. Emailed several times. After 3 weeks received an email stating ready for shipment. They never shipped. We informed them we were cancelling the order and filing a dispute claim with Discover Card which I did on November 30. Discover started an investigation. Received an email from Hoverboarder today claiming that due to heavy order volume the order was being cancelled and they would credit the card within 3-5 days. This waits to be seen. Without Discover's intervention I doubt they would have responded.
Do not waste your time with them! I own a retail business and I can say they have NO customer service! None! Nada! Not sure if they even speak or read in an american language since the colors came wrong just like the rest of you. The shipping label was printed on 11/28 and didn't begin to travel until 12/8. Yes they charged my card right away also! My Grandson bought this with his own money what a lesson!
My son picked out the hoverboard he wanted for Christmas. This site was the only one who had the gold color he wanted. I placed my order on 12/2 and my debit card was immediately charged for $199. Upon doing some more research (which I should've done in the first place but wanted to get the board my son wanted) I found this review website and started to panic, thinking I too would get charged and items would never arrive. I called and emailed repeatedly (ALL day from their open to close time) and of course received no response. I contacted my bank on 12/5, who informed me the charges were (at least) still pending but had to wait til they went through to file a dispute. Two days later my bank called saying the charge had "dropped off" meaning the transaction was never finalized. Today I received an email from "hoverboarder.com customer service" that due to high order volume, my order could not be processed. I am assuming they got caught scamming people and the site was shut down. This was the best possible outcome for me but I feel sorry for the people who actually did get scammed, received the wrong merchandise, and especially the CHILDREN who will not get what they wished for. Just terrible that people/websites like this exist :(
I placed a order with them on November 21 and I received all 3 of my boards... 2 of them came this past Friday and the last one just came TODAY... I had called and called and called and emailed and emailed and emailed them and I for what I ordered... all of them are the wrong colors and one of them shuts off eveeytime it hits a bump or something but the other 2 are fine... just keep leaving messages and emails and you will receive your product... THEY JUST TAKE FOREVER TO SHIP AND MAY NOT BE THE RIGHT COLOR
Order hoverboard on December 2nd they took the money from my account on December 4th have not received a hoverboard or anything contacted them through email telephone with nothing check today on their website and their website has been closed down... im guessing i got scammed!
I placed my order on 11/28, they took the money on 11/30. NEVER received any information at all. I assumed they were just slammed with orders. STILL NOTHING, left 3 msgs, 3 emails nothing and the card I used was a gift card so to file a dispute they charge $25.00. I am pissed off! I will loose 25.00 if I get anything back. They need to be SUED.
I ordered two hoverboards on 12/6/16 and never got them. Last night 12/12/16 I found this website. Today I reported this to my bank, and they are maki g a report. I had to write up a statement for bank, and I decided to try to look at the website again. I was so happy when I looked, they have been busted my the CPSC, united states consumer product safety commission. Woot Woot
IN the Christmas craze we ordered a board for our son, pretty much his only gift. We tried relentlessly to contact them, and there was no reply. I just checked their site again this morning and this is the message that comes up now.

I ordered a hoverboard on nov 30! Never received a shipping email, No one answers the phone, no reply too my emails at all! I filed a dispute with my bank last wk! Still waiting on my money too be returned! Today the site states its closed down! Be very careful people
Ordered a Hoverboard 11/29/2016 for a Christmas present. 12/12/2016 emailed, called and nothing in return. Went to get on website last night was not working. Called did a dispute with my credit card. Today 12/13/16 go on site to see its been ceased. Was told might be 60 days for my money to go back on card! If going to order from any company please do your homework i just learned my lesson!
I ordered a hover board on 12/8/16 from hoverboarder.com for 199.99 i didnt receive any order number or conformation or tracking number I've emailed and called several times to the company left voice mails the company has failed to contact me back.
They got me to went 2 my online banking with pnc disputed got funds credit instantly reorded from swagtron. Fingers crossed we get it b4 christmas what makes it freaked up they have bogus reviews on the site
I ordered with them on Dec 2 and no activity also wrote many emails and tried to call always voice message. This seems like scam reviewed website for scam and it has very low rating for valid due to age of website. Also now their website is down. I called my Credit card company and disputed transaction they are not getting money for free sure. The dispute will take money out of their bank within 24 to 48 hrs. SO IF YOU HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM DON'T WORRY JUST CALL CREDIT CARD COMPANY THE PHONE NUMBER IS BEHIND CARD AND ASK TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE. MONEY MAY BE HELD FOR FEW DAYS BUT IT IS NOT GOING TO THEM.
I trusted Google I will never use Google again they do not check /verify the people that they take their money for for the pay per click. This guy is the lowest of lows I'm actually going to attempt to sue Google a small claims court I know it sounds crazy but they got to be held accountable
Hoverboarder.com has been shut down and all business operations are to be ceased. No orders will be fulfilled and if you visit their website which is back up, it provides instructions in retaining a refund! I hope the owner is fully investigated, arrested and charged for theft, fraud and deceptions! What a nightmare this is...

I ordered a hover board in November for a Christmas present for my daughter. The money was taken out of my account and never received the hover board. I tried contacting the phone number listed but could never talk to a live person, just a recording. I also sent several emails with no response. Now, at the last minute I find myself out of money and no hover board. This place is a scam and I do not recommend anyone buy anything from this place. Shame on you for taking advantage of people. I ordered 3 hoverboards on 9/24/16. They took my money the same day. They shipped me the wrong color hover boards 3 different times and all times I shipped them back. I requested a refund on 12/1/16 and no reply. They don't answer the phone or emails. I have left several voice mails and still no reply. I made a compliant through the BBB. Still nothing. I ordered for my kids for Christmas. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. My next step is legal action. I want my $599.97 back. I have no hoverboards but they have had my money for almost 3 months. This is ridiculous. Very angry.
Although this website has had such a bad rap, we ordered two hoverboards from them. One of them came in the wrong color, and the other was the right order. These hoverboards have worked perfectly for us and have gave us no problems. That being said if we received the other hoverboard in the right color, it would be a good website to order off of.
I order a Hoverboard from this company and it took several weeks for it to arrive. It came as the wrong color and doesn't work. I attempted to call the number numerous times at all hours, left messages and I sent multiple emails. NO RESPONSE! I even called the number that came with the form on the board. No one ever picks up and the line just goes to voicemail to tell you it's full. I never received a confirmation email that should of been a red flag. I only found this review page after researching and realizing it's a scam! How is this still going on and why isn't their site terminated? These scum bags need to be in jail!
I ordered my son a board for xmas... then like a idiot looked at reviews after... it was too late... if you go on google maps and type in address it shows a EMPTY LOT WITH TWO CARS PARKED IN IT IN SOME NEIGHBORHOOD! Answer: My bank said they would not return the money. You have to press charges against him.
Answer: You will not receive anything from this company because its a scam. The address doesn't even exist, its an empty lot. Check on the google maps, street view. I confirmed the empty lot when I called the Miami Police Dept and the city of Miami business authority... There are over 80 complaints at the BBB this month alone about this fraudulent company. His name is Jimmy Temkin and he is doing business under many other company names using the same address that does not exist. FIle a complaint with your bank and cancel any cards u gave them so they don't charge it again
