I placed an order it was cancelled. They wouldn't proceed with my order because I wanted it shipped to a different address than what my billing address is. Just an fyi Fed ex doesn't deliver to a Po box. Thats why I chose a different shipping address. I've called numerous times and emailed. Never can I speak to anyone
Like many of you, the receiving of the hover board was a headache. Once it finally arrived it was the right color and it works great. It was a great deal, I mean a hover board for $200 is awesome. If the company can fix their shipping promise to the realistic timeine they would get 5 stars from me
I should have read these reviews before I ordered from them. My review is just like so many of yours. I ordered my hoverboard on the 18th of October... I just got it. Surprise! It's not the gold one that I ordered and got an email confirmation on, no it's a lime green one. I am so very angry. No one answers the phone and trying to email them is a joke. I have no idea what I am going to do with this 200.00 mistake.
I have made an order 8 days ago and have called twice and emailed twice and no response. I'm not sure where all the good reviews are coming in from. I've never had anyone answer the phone when calling. I ordered this for my daughter's birthday and have not heard if she will even ever get her present after all.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! No response WE from any email, can not get ahold of anyone at the 866 number but they ere sure quick to charge my $200! Promised to have the item with same day shipping, never shipped! Week later, still. I hoverboard! It was for my sons birthday and he is DEVESTATED! FRAUD... SCAM... whatever you want to call it - it's all fun and games you jerks till you see your 7 year old in tears!
You will get the product in about 3 weeks. And if it turns out you do not want the hoverboard anymore or are in a pinch and need your money back this company will try to screw you over. I ordered a board on about the 26th of September. Received the package the 11th of October. Decided I no longer wanted the board, so I made an agreement to ship the thing back. They will pay for the return label. Since I filed a dispute with my bank on the purchase this crap company agreed to give a refund. Got my refund on the 16th of October. Two days later they charged my card again. Another dispute filed and they now will not respond to emails. Be careful this company is shady.
Prices are affordable, products are long-lasting and the service is fast pace. Overall great company. Will order from them again

I will never order from this company again! They talk a good game, falsely advertising same day shipping if ordered by 4 pm eastern time. We live in California, and made sure we ordered well before that time. All we have received is an automated email stating that there has been a delay in shipping, nothing else. No FedEx tracking number has been provided either. When you call the customer service number, you cannot get a live agent, rather a bs voicemail that isn't even returned. Emails are rather worthless too; I have sent 5, and no response yet. I contacted my card company to process a stop payment to find out that they have already finalized the purchase. Never again will I order from this company or refer anyone to purchase from them. $200 is a lot of money to be wasting. To sum things up, THIS COMPANY SUCKS! Any positive reviews are obviously fake.
I ordered a board for a bithday on the 9th. His birthday was the 22nd so I thought I would have plenty of time. I know the site says it ships the same day but then also says there is a delay and might take 1-3 more days. Even if that were true I would have had my board now. They send a FedEx number that says invalid. Ive emailed and now and they just said sorry for delay because of sale it's taking longer. My board has still not shipped out! This is the worst site. I emailed them and told them about how bad their reviews were and how I wish the reviews were or before I ordered but they weren't. Then all a sudden the next day they have 5 new reviews that are all 5 stars?! They obviously write their own reviews. They now will not email me back. This site is $#*! and so is the customer service. I'm filing a claim tomorrow to see if I can get my money back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
Ordered a board for my daughter's birthday. That date came and went. We Waited, waited, waited... it never shipped. I emailed the company twice, called once and NEVER talked someone. Just got notification that they issued a refund. I never asked for a refund, I asked for it to be shipped and that I see movement on the tracking. This place has horrible customer service. Especially the fact you never talk to a person either through email or phone. Guess we'll see if I actually get my money back.
Our son spent all of his money on this, he couldn't wait, yep shipping took forever, so I wrote them, then when we received it, it was scratched on top, but my son was so excited, I plugged it in knowing he would want to ride it when he got home, it charged 2 hours, he rode it, and within 5 minutes it broke. WE have been trying to get a hold of them for over a week now, they will not answer our calls, or emails, DO NOT BUY from this company!
I bought one of these for my son's birthday. It was a little late getting here and I knew that going in from the website.
Hoverboard arrived and works GREAT! I got a great deal, my son could not be happier. They gave me a 6 mo. Extention on warranty for shipping delay. Overall a good experience and good company. I would recomend them to anyone who wants a great product at a great price, order a little earlier than you need it and be patient, It will get there and your kid will love it. You will enjoy the savings, these things were over 350 bucks at the mall for the SAME EXACT hoverboard. Don't pay more, order from these guys. (hard to get them on the phone but real fast to reply to emails)

Ordered oct 2, but was informed after a week and contacting them, that my order was delayed due to the huge sale. Then received a tracking # (thinking that would make me happy) that was not activated for another 2 days. Heard the hurricane matthew excuse too(if my order was shipped on time it would not have been an issue), but the real kick in the balls was finally receiving it, a purple hoverboard when i ordered white. WTF? I specifically picked that color for a reason, i didnt check the box marked "what ever you feel like sending". Nobody ever reports here when they are happy, all those nice reviews are from the employees, friends and relatives. I was an actual customer. Shop wisely.
I ordered a haverboard for my daughter's birthday gift at the end of September. I've got a tracking number but actual shipment was delayed a little bit due to Hurricane Matthew.
After the hurricane, they send us a hoverboard quickly and we are very happy with it.
The company communicated with me nicely.

My daughter has been begging for a hoverboard for months, finally we bought her one for her birthday and she hasn't gotten off of it. She loves it and we do too, its been great exercise. She hasn't sat down since her hoverboard arrived. Hoverboard is definitely worth the cost, it's paid for itself!
I had ordered a Hoverboard back at the end of September. The site warned that there were delays due to the special offer pricing. After not hearing or receiving shipping information for a couple of weeks I emailed the company to check in. I quickly got a reply stating that shipments were delayed and mine would hopefully go out within the next couple of days, they also offered to send a refund if I was not able to wait. After another week I checked in on the status and they informed me that the board was being shipped out that day and they would give me a refund due to the delayed shipment. Even though we received the board much later than we hoped, the company was very quick and easy to work with when checking on the order. It is rare to find this type of customer service these days.
Purchased a hoverboard the first week of October. The product was receiced on 10/11. On their website as well as confirmation email you receive after the order is placed, they do notify you that there are delays, so we were expecting it.
The item did arrive in perfect condition. And my son is super happy to finally have his hoverboard!

Answer: Usually hoverboards are quite safe, so long as you follow the instructions in the owner's manual and proceed with caution. Once you've learned how to ride a hoverboard, you'll have no problems. If you're concerned about the quality of a hoverboard you've purchased, you may want to upgrade your battery to UL2271 or UL2272 specs. Answer: My bank said they would not return the money. You have to press charges against him.
Answer: You will not receive anything from this company because its a scam. The address doesn't even exist, its an empty lot. Check on the google maps, street view. I confirmed the empty lot when I called the Miami Police Dept and the city of Miami business authority... There are over 80 complaints at the BBB this month alone about this fraudulent company. His name is Jimmy Temkin and he is doing business under many other company names using the same address that does not exist. FIle a complaint with your bank and cancel any cards u gave them so they don't charge it again
