I ordered a hoverboard and when I received it it didn't work at all. I called the number and left messages probably 20 times I've also sent 10 or more emails over the last couple weeks and have gotten no response. This company is a complete rip off!
I ORDERED MY SON'S BOARD 11/4/2016. I Have called and emailed a million times no reply. I will file a report if I don't get my product in the next few days. This is horrible. I'm so mad
It has been a nightmare ordering for this company. I first had to get nasty with them in emails, because can not reach them by phone, will not answer or return call. So finally after many emails and when got fed up and asked them several times to cancel my order. And have all documents showing so. They all of suddenly sent me email saying my order would be sent out last Friday. And before that had asked them to cancel, which they totally ignored. Then sent me a email sorry for delay, but my order had already been sent. And it was, received today, only to be pissed off again. I ordered blue, and they sent black, like this is suppose to be alright. They had said in one of their emails I could return it and would be refunded 24 to 48 hours. Like I am suppose to trust what they say. Do not think so. I also noticed on packing that their address does not match what they on website. I also looked on the hover board box for company it came from, and not one. I will be going to my bank for options on what to do to get my money back, and also a attorney to get them stopped from doing this to customers, and also going to report them an having investigation done on them. I saved all correspondence. Anyone out there DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. FRAUD ALL THE WAY
I ordered to boards on 11/4 cost $399 one blue, one red. 10 business days had past nothing updated that it had been shipped or anything. I called 10xs a day and emailed. When I got my invoice emailed to me by them the first receipt said one blue & one red. The next one I received was for 2 reds no big deal at this point I just wanted my boards. I finally came to realize this was a scam. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and with my financial institution. I got an email finally Friday saying my boards were in the process of being shipped. I received them today. Not what I ordered I was sent one PINK & one red. Mind you these are for 2 boys! I can't do anything with a pink board! This company needs shut down! I have emailed fo a refund many of times no response! DO NOT ORDER!
ORDERED WEEKS AGO, THEY CHARGED MY CARD AND HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY INQUIRES AT ALL, I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE SHIPMENT, NO ANSWER FROM EMAILS AND MESSAGES LEFT ON CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I AM DISPUTING THE CHARGE AND I HOPE THIS SAVES OTHERS THE TROUBLE. RUINED MY KIDS BIRTHDAY AS WELL.
I find it interesting and oddly coincidental that the ONLY GOOD REVIEWS occurred on the SAME EXACT DATE: 10/28... probably family members of the corrupt seller
Man I wish I had done my research. If I had read all of these comments ahead of time I would have NEVER ordered from this company. I placed my order on oct. 27th and have not received it. I emailed after 5 days of not even a confirmation number. Nothing. I called. Nothing. Voicemails. Nothing. It says 3 days shipping but due to "high order volume" 3-7 days longer. I can understand that. But it's been 3 weeks now and none of my calls or emails are being responded to. This was for my boyfriends birthday that was on the 10th and I didn't have a gift for him! The date that I was told it was supposed to arrive has changed 3 times already. This reaks of fraud and I will definitely be contacting BBB. If you have ordered from this company keep an eye on your bank account! With everyone else's comments this sounds like such a scam! I'm so disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism.
After several attempts in contacting the company I never got a response until I filed a dispute with my credit card company. After notifying my bank and explaining to them in detail with followed up emails and record of my calls and messages I ironically receive an email the next day from hoverboarder that my order has a fed ex tracking number but never received a fed ex confirmation. I immediately replied to the email sent to be from the company trekking them I no longer want the product and refund my payment to my credit card. I don't know what the bank dies but my funds were back in my account in 3 business days. The downfall is now I have to wait for a new credit card because of this transaction they closed my account so that hoverboarder do not try to go in my account to submit for another payment. Please be aware do not order from hoverboarder or I believe it's called electricexpress.com after looking into the information they are the same company.
I ordered a board on 10-25-16 and the website did state it would be 3-5 days before they could ship due to high orders. After 7 days had gone by and we still had not received a shipping confirmation I sent an email to the company. They responded quickly to the first email stating my order was being prepared to ship. I received a Fed Ex tracking number with a delivery date of 11/8/16. We waited for the package to arrive on 11/8/16 and of course it did not. I contacted Fed ex and they told me a shipping label was created however the company never sent Fed Ex the product. I immediately started trying to contact the company and after 6 emails, 6 voicemail messages not one person has tried to contact me back regarding my order. It has now been 17 days after my order was placed and I have no idea if the order is being shipped or we were just scammed! They are running a very unprofessional business. My son is devastated, this was his birthday gift. We are just waiting in hopes it will come I guess...
I ordered a hooverboard through this company. The shipping took a long time. I received the wrong hooverboard. I have called and emailed without response back. I then sent the hooverboard back to them, paid for the shipping back. Now i am unable to reach anyone by phone or email and they have my returned hooverboard and my money. It is a terrible company to deal with for any problems and i will have to continue to spend time teying to find a resolution to this problem. I would not recommend this site at all.

I ordered my son a Hoverboard for his birthday, on October 16. Didn't receive the item until November 4,2016. Not only did they lie about how fast they ship it, but they sent me the wrong product! I ordered a 6.5 inch hover board, but they sent me a HUGE one, About 15inches. Never in my life seen a such thing... it's for a giant, literally! I have called numerous of times, no answer. Emailed 15 times, they email me back saying they will send me a fed ex shipping label. Didn't even send the attachment. Emailed again, they said again they send it but I open the email and guess what- no attachment. I have contacted federal trade commission- *******357 they told me if everyone calls they will open an investigation and get our money back. So if you have these problems, please call and complain! Hopefully we can shut this company/scammers down!
Never even would I recommend this company to my worst enemy. Whatever you do do not order from them!
IT is ok hover boards are great but the shipping options are not you will receive it in 2 weeks but you have to send them emails and emails and then they ship it.
I HAV CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY WHO SAYS THEY SHIPPED SOMETHING WHEN FED EX SAYS THEY DON'T HAVE IT ONLY LABEL WAS PRINTED. WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS ALSO. EVERYONE NEEDS TO CONTACT THE BBB.
So, I bought 1 hoverboard last month. Called the next day, they answered and the hoverboard was shipped the following day. Not what was advertised but OK, I can live with that.
So I bought another one recently and began to tell a couple friends whose kids came over to our house to play. Well, I ordered a second board and no one answers the phone nor can returns an email. For 8 days I waited... nothing. 8 days after the order (and numerous communication attempts) I get a notification that it's shipped. Yippee! My 8 year old is ecstatic! 5 more days go by and it's not actually shipped just the shipping label was printed. So I email looking for more info. What do I get? My order canceled. So guess what, I won't be buying the two other boards from this vendor and my neighbor isn't going to buy the 4 boards she was going to place this week. Bad business. I picture some guy setting in his underwear down in his parents basement running some drop-ship website.

The guy selling these is: jamil hindi in ft Lauderdale Florida. DO NOT BUY! SCAM! Not a true company, some guy just taking people's money. I disputed charge w bank and then cancelled my card so he could never have my number and charge me for anything again!
Item received in two weeks from order date but ordered Gold and received purple. Sent an email and called the Cust Service number with no luck in either. Contacted my Credit Card holder and filed a complaint due to the high number of same issue reviews. The credit card companies have a lot more power to get results so advise all dissatisfied customers do likewise!
They say it will ship in 3 days, try a full week! Not only did it arrive late, they sent the wrong item! I ordered purple, they send red. My kid was just happy it arrived so she settled for the red. It ran good the 1st day, she gets up the next morning and battery was low. The thing will NOT charge! Its been dead a full week. I have left numerous voicemails with the company because obviously no one answers their phone in customer service! There is NO customer service! I also emailed them several emails and STILL no response! I have one upset little girl on my hands. So I HIGHLY suggest that you do not throw your money away with this company. Better Business Bureau needs to get involved!
I blame myself for not doing the research in advance (which I almost always do but my 12 year old really wanted a style off this website and she was paying for it herself). The item received is a totally different model and color than what was ordered. After researching, it seems that this is how this company operates. They advertise an item on their website but if you order from them, you get something totally different and they take FOREVER to ship and respond. We are going to keep the item but do NOT order from here. Read the reviews on the BBB website- even worse.

Answer: You will not receive anything from this company because its a scam. The address doesn't even exist, its an empty lot. Check on the google maps, street view. I confirmed the empty lot when I called the Miami Police Dept and the city of Miami business authority... There are over 80 complaints at the BBB this month alone about this fraudulent company. His name is Jimmy Temkin and he is doing business under many other company names using the same address that does not exist. FIle a complaint with your bank and cancel any cards u gave them so they don't charge it again
