First time experience with Houzz and it went well for the most part. It was a fairly large order (nine items). I had ordered six chairs and only four arrived. I didn't get any communication that the last two would come separately and did not get a response when I asked if they would be coming later. I also returned an item and the communication with the vendor was not great: they committed to responding on a shipping label within a specified timeframe. When I did not hear back within that timeframe I got a bit of a snarky response.
We've made several purchases from Houzz and I don't have but the highest praise on their business practices. The products looks like the what's online and if we had any issues, it was corrected promptly.

Very well packaged and fast delivery. Quality is good for everything I have ordered so far. The only thing I can say that I live in a condo and it would be helpful if they did not just leave the order by front gate but actually would bring it up to the unit. These are very heavy items.

I was shopping for an outdoor covered patio table and stumbled across this one on Houzz. Although it did not have a great many reviews, I decided to purchase it anyways, as I really was not loving anything else. The service was excellent. This table was particularly heavy but the delivery was seamless. The table itself was of excellent quality and exactly as pictured in the photos.
This wallpaper is the best you could ever get! The wonderful thing about it is you can stick it on the wall and if you make a mistake you can pull it off and put it back on... Over, and over and over! If you rent a place and they don't want you to paint... You can use this wallpaper to please your taste, and tear it down when you leave! Leave! It's extremely simple to apply to a wall. I'm 76 years old and did an entire room by myself. Christian

THE PAINT WAS CHIPPED ON FRAME AND LOOKED AWFUL. I REVIEWED YOUR RTURN POLICY THAT REQUIRED AS TO REPACKAGE AND SHIP IT BACK. WE ARE 76 AND 81 YEARS OLD WITH HEALTH PROBLEMS AND NOT ABLE TO COMPLY. I PLAN TO CALL LOCAL CHARITY TO SEE IF THEY WILL TAKE IT TO USE/RESELL FOR THEIR SOCIAL WORK. LAST TIME I BUY FROM HOUZZ
