I love the lights but one panel glass broken when box was opened. Now I will have to go and pay to have another piece of glass cut. Bummer!
Folding chairs came... ripped. Tried to reach. On hold over 20 min, Never got to speak to a human. Second order, table. Contacted me as to time... chose one, 1-5 last Thursday. I have patients all day, had to arrange for someone to be there. No delivery, no contact. Had to track down " Ceva?" Delivery. Again, over 20 min on hold, agent did not know where item was! Even though I was on their home page looking at shipping details. As of today Monday/31, have not heard a thing.
Item was received with a broken glass. They were quick to respond and send me a return label. Hopefully I'll get my refund just as fast
Read bad review decided to order anyways, item different size than stated, spoke to customer service rep immediately 2 weeks later still need to know what I need to do to return and get refund after numerous emails..

Houzz is great and I have ordered many items before, but I had to return a comforter due to the material it was made out of. It was not what I was expecting.
Had to return lovely metal branch artwork... ( did not compliment my decor). Houzz was very quick to direct me to returns and process was quick and successful!
Purchase a love seat for an existing patio set I had. The service was fantastic - mobile alerts to keep me informed and delivery instructions were simple to make. Delivery was right at the start of the 4 hour window and delivery person was very friendly and helpful. Would use this again 100%.
Miller Construction just completed remodeling our master bathroom. We contracted Roger Miller again after he did home repairs, inside and outside, after hurricaine damage. We highly recomend Roger and his staff. We were given a fair estimate and a complete breakdown of materials and a schedule for each step of remodeling. Roger was here EACH day and sometimes two or three times, checking on the work done by his staff. He always stayed in touch with us and answered our calls or texts immediately with answers to any questions. His staff was polite, effecient, talented and respectful to us and our home. They were quiet and completely trustworthy. We left our house key in the lockbox at the front door and felt completely at peace with any of Roger Miller's staff being in our home alone. The remodeling was done on time and well within our budget. We are VERY happy with the finished work and will ONLY use Roger Miller for ANY future work on our home. He is the BEST contractor in Jacksonville.

I still don't have my couch. I was sent a tracking number and continue to check it but it says no item is on record with that tracking number. I even contacted the shipping provider using the tracking number and they, too, have no record. I would appreciate some kind of communication or response as to why the tracking number shows no shipment.

We bought a shower fixture that, by all indications, was brushed gold in finish. When we received it, it was more like a light brown than anything else. Nice fixture, terrible color. To add insult to injury, we had to pay for return shipping. Not cool. Will opt for sites where returns are free.

Not great. Ordered something two weeks ago for our deck with a week later delivery... just got notified it will be end of June!

I have ordered two items on Houzz. Both items were poorly pacjaked, arrived later than promised and were damageds on arrival. On top of this nuisance, it was a pain in the arse to get a refund. Caveat emptor!

We were continually assured the item was shipped and on its way. Each time that it didn't arrive the estimated delivery date was extended about a month without advanced warning or communication. The company failed to help us understand or gather the information we needed to change our needs & make alternative plans. Customer support people were nice but completely illequipped to give us accurate information.

Refu n db. Page. Li nk/ datab ase I didn't even notice how I regained my financial status. I finally could relieve from this nightmare that I got involved. I am very grateful to them.

Refu n db. Page. Link /m oney They collected all of the pieces of evidence and made a strategy of how they can help me with my case. Do not fall for scammers. Thank them for everything.
Answer: Good question Maggie. I don't think there is. I think this site is just there to help their vendor and not assist consumers in making informed decisions. I found had a contractor who had defrauded us and changed his business name on Houzz. I posted a review on his profile notifying the public of what he had done to us, and Houzz did not publish the review. I joined Sitejabber to warn the public about Houzz.
Answer: I began as a Pro on Houzz and spent $2000 on Advertising. This was supposedly for a year of top exposure. No one purchased, the couple of calls I received were people wanting to USE my service for ideas. I have since discontinued complimentary initial appointments. These people are the biggest scammers in the world! I'm still one of the Pros just to see if anything bites but I noticed they go into vendors photos and try to find similar product then they sell their products. Great way to sway your client and to steal customers!

Answer: The Pros, at least at the beginning, were not in competition with this company (Houzz). They convinced the "Designer" world that the were strictly collecting ideas for the public and to help improve the vendors chances of being hired. Those reviews on the Pros are about the Pros, they come from their clients. About 2-3 years ago, Houzz began selling out from under all the vendors! They are SO low they have gone into the photos of the pros, look for a product they have that might be similar to something they sell and lead them away from the pro. The 1-2 stars you see here are the reviews for "Houzz" and their service but the reviews under a Pro are for that Pro. Don't be fooled... If you want the job done right, call the Pro! Listen to these reviews of Houzz and you won't get burned. Two different animals completely!

The advertising doesn't work, and although they originally started up as a company that would work alongside the vendors, they are now selling out from under most of them, especially the interiors decorators! They are SO low they have actually tagged products inside some of the photos of interior designers and tabbed out similar products to stay the customer away from the Pro and to purchase through them directly!
Answer: Do yourself a huge favor and find it somewhere else. Houzz contracts with third party sellers and their freight companies, they're just a middle man. What a nightmare this has been.
