Lovely furniture. However I would have like to know that it would be delivered in a box and required assembly. This desk was hundreds of pounds and I am a woman living alone.

I like the chairs for the price. It took about 3 hours to put 6 together...wanted to make sure every screw was as tight as possible. I did not read the description well enough before I bought. I probably would not have bought them if I knew I had to put them together. I usually shy away from furniture that I have to build, but surprisingly, they seem pretty high quality...time will tell.
I've been looking for these pots for months. Never thought Houzz would have them. Very pleased to find them at a great price.

After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation. However, the earlier it is requested, the better chance there typically is for cancellation. It looks like we were notified a week after the orders were placed, after the orders were shipped. We are currently working diligently on this and will provide an update to you shortly.

Received our order. Began the assembly process which was very extensive. As I reached the final few steps and attempted to connect all the assembled pieces the holes did not line up. If the dowels were inserted then the clips which locked the pieces in place fell below the shelf unit.
Upon calling to either ask for assistance or return arrangements the company gave me a run around and a week into the process continues to ask for unreasonable info with no end in sight. They are not making arrangements thus far for return and a credit.
