This website is scam, I ordered three dresses. They arrived with the damaged and I sent them back to them. They never refund me and send me those items back. Totally scam.

Worst service ever

The worst customer service ever. Agents don't read email threads nor do they don't add notes to your account so you end up explaining yourself over and over from email. No number to contact them on.

The returns label indicated I had to send the return item back to las vegas which I did at a cost of £13. They keep emailing me im at fault and I should have sent the item back to a depot in the UK. I still have no answer of how they will solve that issue. The dress cost £90.

I have spoken to trading standards because they are registered out of the EU consumer regulations do not apply. So be becareful.

Now they are telling I can not get a refund for the item because it was on sale. The dont care about consumer rights just pure profit. They want to give me a credit note forcing me to spend on their site. Its my choice I want my money back which they are refusing.

I have spent over £2000 on House of CB products instore and on the site but never ever again.

Three weeks down the line I have no refund no credit note no answers I am out of pocket.

Be warned about the site. I am pursuing a dispute with my credit card company.

Recently bought myself a bandage dress from this site and I can't believe how amazing it is! The dress fits perfectly to my curvy body and I couldn't be any happier! A very happy first time customer and will definitely be buying more from this site again :)

Best delivery service

Policy says orders after 4PM will only be dispatched the next day. I ordered my dress at 4.15PM with next day delivery et voila I got my dress 8am the next day!

I ordered a swimsuit (deep v, multi-colored one piece) and was super leery about it because I never buy suits online, nor have I ordered from this company before. It was on sale for $75, which is way more than I usually spend on a suit, so my expectations were high. It arrived quickly in a quality box and fit perfectly. I could tell the quality was excellent by its feel, plus it felt GOOD. The only thing was the color wasn't as "saturated" as appeared in the photo. This could have been because it was on a model with medium brown skin tone (I am white and not tanned at the moment) or/and the site may slightly enhance the colors in their photos for more detail. However, the print and style were exactly as shown and I am super pumped to wear this on my upcoming trip to Jamaica... after I apply a few coats of self tanner :)

Bought my girlfriend a dress from houseofcb as a gift, she's over the moon. Was kinda skeptical when I read the reviews from here but hey, she absolutely loved it. Size fits well, fast delivery and will deff buy again! Like the title suggest, HAPPY GIRLFRIEND, HAPPY LIFE!

I bought a few items for my girlfriend and they are pretty high quality. I tried to return something that I bought but I was shocked I was only given a gift card. Turns out there was a clause stating that sale items are not refundable. Not a big problem anyway as I got something else with the gift card and she liked it very much but there are many terms and conditions on the site which you should read before you make your purchase. Customer service is decent, they come back to you 1-2 time on working days.

Love both my dresses!

I found 2 very cute dresses on houseofcb for homecoming and prom and just thought I needed to buy them. Then I read the reviews on this website and thought twice about buying, I then thought why not just give it try and see how the dresses are. The shipping was fast, it arrived in 2 days, the quality is lovely, and both my dresses fit perfectly! I am in love with the clothes and had no problems.

Misleading return policy

I caution you that if you consider buying something from them you run the risk of being scammed. For starters their refund policy is a joke. If you look at the header its says easy refunds but if you click on a product the refund description will read something different. Be ware there clothes are a size or two too small.

Love my dress

So I order the Belere black bandage dress on Wednesday and I receive it on Friday. The dress was true to the size just like it said in the description and the quality is very good. I'm super happy with the fit and fast service. Can't wait to wear it this weekend. Thank you House of CB

Poor customer service

Since they took your money, they wont care of anything else. Bought 1 in shop before so this time Im confident buy online because I know my size. But totally disappointed while dresses become too big or too small. Contact the customer service, they wont even let me exchange the size. Now Im crying a river, eating in hope I will put ( or lose) some weigh on to fit them.

I bougth three tops at once in promotion. All three of the same size. Just one match! Two others were too small or too big. I use a size table on homepage and order 3 xs tops. One of them was much too small the other too big. I wanted to retrun items and change them for matching size. There were no possibility becaus items were in promotion. Usually you have 14 days of retrun period granted by EU but HouseofCB is no subject of EU law. They can do whatever they want.
Be careful! I do not recommand this page.

Wished I had read other reviews before I bought from this website.
If you have to return something, you will never ever get your money back you will only get a gift note. I am currently in communication with trading standards as the website is deceptive. Designed in London but head office is HongKong! Nothing about the website indicates HongKong.- email communication is terrible and I would imagine customers only buy once- NEVER BUY FROM THIS SHOCKING DISHONEST WEBSITE

Bought a lovely dress basically the strap snapped just like that, never had a dress that falls apart in matter of hours from wearing it so not happy with it so sent it back requesting a refund instead of an exchange as it was faulty but obviously they send me the same dress back saying they " repaired" the straps, I left the box as it was refusing to open it but sent it again to them via registered post another cost advised by my bank as of now I contacted my bank and they are taking care of the matter hopefully refunding me the charges! No customer service exists in this thing called a Company nothing they have lost my custom and all my family and friends

Ripped off

This website will rip you off!
I bought three outfits to choose only one for my graduation, I don't have much money so this was a treat for me. They refunded me with a credit note and refused to refund the money back on my credit card, causing me to be nearly £200 in debt to my card. I contacted the company who said it's in the small print so I have contacted my credit card and consumer rights, I can't afford to let this drop.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I received the dress with a broken zipper, and it was never worn and had tags and ribbon in tact. I returned as a faulty product and sent back the product. They then emailed me to say that they refused my case and offered no refund. Ridiculous customer service for a poor quality product. No ownership and zero customer service.

Beyond the forced gift card (wouldn't offer anything but store credit of course), they will not see another dime from me. Stay away!

Dishonest company

This is now my second bad experience of a very dishonest house of cb.

1) last year I bought a bikini from HoCB and when I wore it on day 1 it became very baggy. When I contacted them to complain they informed me it was because I'd worn it in the water. I was VERY confused. A bikini that was not suitable for water? They then claimed that it was on the website so I looked. However, it was only in the "washing" instructions "do not emerse in water". Any normal person would assume that those instructions were meant for only washing purposes. When we informed this of this they said they'd change it to make it more obvious. We checked several months later and they never did.

2) I bought a dress in the sale with them. Firstly, it was originally about £150 but had been discounted to £79. I bought the dress and although very beautiful, if I had bought it at £150 I would have been LIVID. It was paper thin and looked like it could rip easily. I was a bit miffed about paying 79! So when I returned it I decided to buy another dress from another company (high street chain) for a fraction of the cost and it was much better quality! Then I waited for my return. However, I got sent a gift card for an exchange. Really annoyed and reliant on that money, I went onto their returns policy and noticed right at the bottom it said if its a sale item you can only get a gift card. Now fair enough, my stupidity for not reading the returns policy beforehand but they should have made it clear when I purchased it. If I'm like the rest, we barely read terms and conditions, returns policies etc; we shop online for ease and speed. This should be made clear the second we purchase the item.

I hasten to add that before these 2 experiences I bought some lovely dresses that I was extremely proud of. However, this will be my last purchase as they have massively gone downhill. Customer service is terrible for a luxury product. I feel like they are very dishonest, will happily take your money and then not care what happens next. Such a shame, a great company once, a terrible one now.
