Experience otherwise

Okay I read these reviews about how really bad is the cancellation and refund policy of this store. I experienced otherwise and hopefully I will not experience any bad customer service. I returned an item and luckily my refund has been processed on time.

Appalling
December 21, 2017

I ordered an item from House of Cb and cancelled it before it was processed and dispatched. I was sent a letter of confirmation from them accepting cancellation of the order. I was also informed that nothing would be taken from my account. Weeks later the item was dispatched and an unauthorised debit taken from my account.
At this point (almost 2 weeks after returning the cancelled item) I still have not received the the refund, which they confirmed would happen.
To add insult to injury I have had to pay the postage to return the item; signed return. They also promised to refund this amount and have not.
I have asked for their complaints procedure and not received it. No surprises there!
An absolutely appalling service, that does not consider customers to be a priority.
Still waiting for a full refund.

No Delivery

I ordered a dress 15/12/17 with delivery advised at 2-3 working days, the dress was needed for an event on 16/12 however, the dress had not arrived by the Thursday. I went onto my account via the House of CB website as the link to check delivery status was not working. My account advised that the delivery was AWAITING REPLY so I completed the contact us form on the 15/12 detailing how I had ordered the dress but had not yet received it and that I had not received any questions from the company so was unsure what they were waiting on in terms of a reply. I was advised I would receive a response within 24 hours, it is now the 18th and I am yet to receive a response. The only correspondents I have received from House of CB was to say the payment had been made. I have today emailed the sales@ account and again have heard nothing back. As the event has now passed and I had to buy another dress I want the order cancelling and a full refund. Previously I have had no issues with this company and appreciate this is a busy time of year for many retailers but there is no excuse for ignoring customers.

Love the staff

Good experience with customer service. I always observe on how staff treat their customers no matter how rude are they sometimes. HouseofCB was able to accommodate my needs. I ask so many questions and the staff are patient to assist me.

Horrible experience

Purchased 3 dresses from the 3 for £130 deal. No where on the returns section have they mentioned about the non returnable/ exchangeable policy! I am a first time buyer and one of the dresses doesn't fit. What am I supposed to do with it. Contacted customer service which is a massive waste of time. They are like robots 'Computer says NO exchange'... First and last time dear HOUSE OF CB!

Worth the money

I was having second thoughts of buying this specific dress since it is a little expensive for me. Well, it turns out that it is worth with every single centavo I spent with it. Quality wise and customer service. I am satisfied with the outcome.

No order received

Rec'd both email and text stating my order would be delivered today 27/11/2017 by parcel force. The delivery tracking number doesn't work and I have no order. Being delivered to my work address. Funny how quick they take payment and all the emails confirming your payment has been rec'd, however trying to make contact is impossible. Such a let down

I saw a body suit I really liked but thought it was expensive at £89, I have been in the shop several times and last week bought my daughter a dress. I still was not sure about my top. Tonight - when Black Friday sales started I went in and thought I would treat myself. I picked up the top - it said £89. No markdown. When I got to the till I asked for a new one but was told they would shop order and send to my home free of charge. I started to pay and she said £129: I questioned it and she said they had gone up!,,, I said she should honour the price on the top. She went to her manager - who was tooo busy to talk to me. He said I could have it but it was a final sale and I could not return it. This was a new in the shop top. Also told I would need to pay postage. I have at least 6 dresses and was going to buy more, but I will not buy knowing the company up the prices. I saw the top for at least 3 weeks at £89. What a disgrace

Great Customer Service

Not my personal experience but my husband's. He surprised me with this very pretty dress he ordered from HouseofCB since Christmas parties and family reunion are coming up already. As we are gooing to celebrate the 15th birthday of my eldest daughter, my wife guarantee to present her some dress which is her usual attire. The day we get the dress, my wife checked it and based on her inspection, really had a good textile and no damage at all. Also never disappoint out daughter. Out daughter. Thanks for the good items and hoping to make out many more classy dresses.

Many Options to try!

So because of all the bad reviews stated, just decided to go straight at their stratford House surprisingly I've seen a lot of their satisfying garments tho. First good thing about there they had the latest fashion and always giving their style advice for their clients. Really appreciate their products especially the first top i attempted to fit in I picked three of their fine tops. Looking forward to try next time for their shipping procedures.
