Booked to stay at Rydges Hotel - Geelong for two nights. Very efficient and customer focussed service.

Very good and quick which was what I was after with no fuss although having to enter at least 50 characters is not so good

Simple and therefore enjoyable booking experience.

Booking was fairly easy. Cancellation policy was clear.

I needed to cancel a reservation and was unable to do so via the website which was annoying. I ended up calling and was able to cancel without issue but I should have been able to cancel on the website.

Very easy to use to book, we are looking forward to staying there.

Fue buena y sencilla, lo que no me gusto es que la parte para obtener descuentos e inscribirse o no funciona o está mal o es muy complicada, creo que pude haber obtenido una mejor tarifa...

I was surprised to see that the full amount of our upcoming stay was deducted from our credit card on the day we made the reservation. Reading the fine print, I now see that we have until several days before our stay to recover the fees without penalty. On sites that we have used in the past such as Bookings.com, they are very clear about when you have to pre-pay and very rarely do other booking sites charge any credit card amounts prior to your stay.

Easy to schedule, but no notice that the full amount would be charged to my credit when the reservation was made, a month prior to our stay

It was easy to follow the instructions and book my stay.

I do understand that that one needs to know if technology is working okay... but people's time is money -- how much are you paying for this survey?
