Quick and easy to use. Very fast response and follow up.

Very easy site to use, so far so good can't give a full review until we complete our reservation.

First time booking with you so I can't make any reviews.

After making our reservation I expected an immediate e-mail confirmation after waiting nearly two days I started making phone calls to be assured we had a room as reserved. I made 8 calls getting computer responses but not options for getting a confirmation. Finally I spoke to a real person at Marriott that pulled up my submission and he sent me an e-mail confirmation. I the mean time in my search for a real phone number to the Raphael hotel in Kansas City is saw several adds that left me feeling that I may not have got a good price for our room. I am not interested in HotelsOne service.
We have traveled extensively in all 50 states and numerous other countriesThis was not a good experience.

Imagine my experience sleeping last night in the basement of the former Federal District Courthouse in Jackson (now Courthouse Basara) where as a new member of the Mississippi Bar I argued a motion before Judge Harold Cox 44 years ago! Attending the Mississippi Book Festival now as a retiree, evoked so many reminders of my 1970-90s years in Jackson—just across from the MS Governor's Mansion where I once spent a night and my law office where I first practiced in Jackson high up in the former Deposit Guaranty National Bank on Capitol Street, just a few blocks from the Mayflower Cafe. Such a nostalgia trip!
