Both the reservation manager and Kennelyn were patient and helpful. They never told me no it's not possible. They were extremely accommodating. Which tickled me pink! I booked through Booking.com and was worried I wouldn't get my money back. They worked with me and even made sure my new reservation on Nov 23 included handicap accommodations for my be Aunt.
I'm glad to know that a hotel that had been around since the 80s still had a strong reservation team. I'm looking forward to staying there to visit my aging parents. I am very grateful. Thank you
